Stephan and the crew from Top Notch Tree Service really live up to their name! They are very professional, punctual, courteous, hard-working, and did a fantastic job with several large trees / limbs and general “cleaning up” of our land. Stephan came to give a free estimate within minutes of my original call and then came back with a crew as scheduled. All of the services we had estimated were done to perfection and he performed some last minute other work we found. They did a great job of cleaning up and were extremely communicative throughout the entire process. I will definitely be using Top Notch Tree Service again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services. Never met anyone with so much energy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped into one incredible person/company. Stephen did exactly what he said he would do exactly when he said he would do it, and did it expertly and efficiently. Top Notch removed a big old walnut tree right next to the house in a very difficult place to get to given the power and internet wiring. Perfectly executed. Expert pruning of the rest of the trees in the yard and immaculate clean up afterward. He goes above and beyond. Can't recommend this company highly enough. Absolutely fabulous. We had Top Notch Tree Service remove a dead hickory tree from our backyard that was very close to our home. They did a PHENOMENAL job. They removed the branches hanging over our house with expert precision. I HIGHLY recommend them. They were extremely professional & highly skilled. I had a dying tree in my backyard and I took a picture, emailed it for a quote to several tree removal services. Stephen gave me a fair quote, but what set him apart was the removal and cleanup was part of the service fee. All the other contractors wanted to charge extra for hauling away the tree. Stephen had an industrial chipper that shredded the tree limbs and trunk into his truck and they racked up all the leaves and small limbs. He also had a boom lift and cut the tree down in small pieces instead of letting it fall on my driveway. Took them less than an hour to take down and cleanup the tree. This crew showed up early, worked diligently and were very mindful to avoid landscaping, sidewalks, etc. They went the extra mile and cleared away all debris, woodchips, leaves. This was a very big tree clearing job with some large trees very close to house and shed. I was immediately at ease with crew and knew my home would be in good hands. I was very impressed with the value and quality work which I received. I had several bids and not only did I receive a great value, but more than I expected. I am a Real Estate Broker and highly recommend Top Notch Tree to anyone requiring tree removal, trimming or stump grinding.

Very happy with Top Notch. Our large pine tree was quite dead and threatening two properties, hovered over a large shed, a chicken coop, a split rail fence, a wood deck, chickens, goats, dogs and both houses. Tree was down safely in maybe 3 hours, no casualties, no damage, and all was clean and neatly stacked at the end. The price was very competitive and all the crew were professional and friendly. This was a great choice!

Top Notch Tree Care service was wonderful. They were very professional and took great care in removing a huge oak tree in our back yard only feet from our house. I want to let you know how delighted I am with Top Notch Tree and the professionalism of your crew. The cost effectiveness of your services was an added bonus!!I was amazed to see how clan the site was when the job was finished. I also couldn't se how you would be able to remove the 2 dead trees and get rid of the stumps without damaging the surrounding landscaping or leaving behind a mess. Not one plant or small tree was damaged and our landscaping looks exactly like it did before you came onto the property. with the exception of the trees being gone.I must say the when the responsibility was placed on me to get his project started I was concerned about the outcome. Thank you very much- the work ethic of your company was an excellent reflection on my choice. There are plenty of trees on the property and Top Notch Tree will be our hired tree service of choice.

This is a great company - would highly recommend. They did an expert job removing about 8 large trees very close to the house and also removed over 30 shrub stumps in addition to grinding all the other tree stumps on the property. They cleaned up very well and even leveled some of the land where the stumps were.They've got all the tools for the job! Was fun watching them work and see all the equipment they had. And the price was great. Hire these guys for sure.

We had a tree fall on our house on a Sunday afternoon. I googled tree company in Asheville, NC and Top Notch was the first that popped up. We called them and within 15 minutes had someone at our house to assess the damage. He said he would get a crew and his equipment and be back in about an hour. An hour on the dot, him and 6 other gentleman showed up and started working immediately. They were all very friendly, professional and got the job done quickly. They went to Home Depot and purchased the materials needed and came back to help us tarp our roof!! I will use these guys any time I have tree damage and would strongly recommend them to anyone!!

Answered the phone on the first try. On time and prompt service in removing a fallen tree that hit our house during a storm that caused wide spread fallen trees in the area. Even covered the damaged roof with tarps until the damage could be repaired. Very professional and efficient. Very thorough about the work done and clean up. Price competitive with others tree removal services.
