Excellent quality of work and customer service! Shayne and Carter were so professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job making my home sparkling clean. Give these guys a raise! Seriously, they did excellent work, had a positive attitude and provided great customer service. The company was very easy to work with, the lady I spoke with to book was super helpful and patient and squeezed me in fairly last minute. 100% worth the price. Highly recommend!

I would like to start by saying that Shane and Daniel texted me before they arrive giving me notice they were right on time got out got busy very personable young man. They explained the process of how the chemicals work, and exactly how long it would take for everything to come to fruition, which I again appreciated, because I had no clue. I have a slate roof on a 1940s house that was covered in lichen and black streaks, these young men did an amazing job. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say Tiffany in the office scheduled everything and it could not have been a smoother process. I would recommend them to anyone that needs this service. Again, I appreciate the hard work and diligence and the end product is amazing. Thank you again

We are very pleased with the work WNC Wash Pro’s completed on our property. Their online site was most complete and easy to use including all paperwork and answers to all the questions we had. The in-person experience was equally good. From estimating through completion on the job including their prompt response to a follow up detail was very satisfactory. Had my house done back in February/March. Pictures are of the house the following day when I was able to look it over after the weather past. Spoke to them about the job and worker stated that it was because of house construction in subdivision and was concrete dust. Their was no houses being built near my home nor any concrete work being done as well as no neibors behind me. They did clean the concrete around my house after washing the house first and it started raining toward the end of the day but they decided to finish the job. After we spoke they came back out to rinse the house off and do the widow wells that they forgot along with the garage area. Still wasn't done correctly. I belive because of the size of the job the workers rushed as it was taken longer than expected and quality of work went down. Would not recommend them for any lager jobs as the way they are structure is commission base. More jobs the workers do more money they make and can cause them to rush on jobs which can effect quality if it takes longer than what they anticipated. Unfortunately my experience was not the greatest with them and felt like once I paid it was a uphill battle for me. So I took it as a loss/lesson. Never pay until you have looked over everything and are satisfied even if they have 5 star reviews.

Fantastic job. Ryan & Carter were at our home for an exterior clean late last week. Communicated well, explained their processes & even took it upon themselves to touch base with management on some trouble spots that they weren’t happy with the results on…& subsequently returned at the end of their day yesterday with a cleaning solution that worked amazingly. Much appreciation to the two of them for their efforts, & to WNC Wash Pro’s…see you again in a year or two.

About 3 weeks ago, we had our house pressure washed and gutters cleaned. From the time we called to make the appointment and to get an estimate everyone had been so kind and helpful. We had a number of contractors provide estimates to clean the moss and stains from the roof of our house. We selected WNC Wash Pros and are very pleased we did. Ryan and Jay arrived on time, contacting us before they left for the house. They first assessed the house and quickly proceeded with preparing the house and surrounding plantings for the wash. Ryan was very particular in assuring every area of the roof was properly treated, returning a couple times for specific stains that were stubborn to remove.We have some very nice plantings and I was concerned about potential damage. Jay was all over it, ensuring the plants were well washed before and after the treatment.The roof is about 16 years old and looks great. We're very pleased with service and the results, and would highly recommend them to others. Unfortunately, I didn't take before photos, but I've included a picture taken after the cleaning. I think it looks remarkable and it's reassuring to know it has a 60 month guarantee.

The office was in touch with me the day after I requested a quote. Website very detailed with licenses listed. They scheduled and came the day scheduled. The workers were very polite, hard working, explaining the procedures and chemicals used. They did everything they listed in the proposal and the fees were reasonable. The crew that did the roof wash job was excellent. They informed me of the chemicals they were using and the steps they were taking to insure there were no adverse consequences to shrubs or the rest of the house. The roof looks great afterwards. There was a little bit of white residue visible on the gutters the next day but it just wiped off with a mop. On the downside, communication was only through texts and very frustrating/annoying. They had to reschedule 3 times and only sent a text with the new date/time. No explanation, no phone call, no verification, just a new date/time. After the service was done I paid the operator with a check, but received 2 "pay your bill" messages in the next 2 days along with an emailed invoice. To top it off I have received texts every day since the job was complete asking me to give them a review. Would I use them again? Yes, because the crew was great, but they really need to work on customer focus with their communications.

After 20 years of being a Property Manager for residential and commercial properties, I am VERY particular about contractors. I have very high expectations and I'm nearly always disappointed. Not this time! WNC Wash Pros were GREAT! The 2 young men who came to our house did a fantastic job! They were polite, professional and courteous. They made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction and cleaned everything from the roof to the foundation. They power-washed the windows. They got mildew and red clay off the siding. Shane and Gunner did an amazing job cleaning our 30+ year-old Doublewide when I honestly thought we would have to have it re-sided. The house looks brand new. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

It was a pleasure doing business with the owners and their hard-working team at WNC WASH PRO’s.This is my second year to use their service to hang my outdoor Christmas lights.WNC Wash Pro hang my lights the last weekend in October to have them set up on a timer to turn on Thanksgiving weekend. After Christmas is over, they come back to my house take them down and put them in storage for the following year.I’m very happy with my beautiful lights and can't wait to show them off starting November 27th.If you're looking for lights, I would defiantly call this 5-star company. Worth every penny. As a small business owner, it's hard for me to come up off the $$$ to pay someone for something I "feel" I can do myself. I would easily pay for this service again. Tiffany was on top of my inquiries and really made me feel like a priority...like they really WANTED to do the work! *RARE*. The fellas George and Shane came out and treated my roof with the soft wash, getting rid of all the black streaks/stains on my otherwise tan shingled roof. While they were there, I bundled the "house wash". I tell ya, working from home, it's really nice to pull into your driveway and settle into your home with the outside looking super clean. All the gunk in the carport, birds nest, dust, mildew on the back of the house, etc....all GONE. I've really been enjoying working around the home and seeing how clean my house is now...never realized how dirty is was it now! Would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely outstanding! I am truly overjoyed. Evan and Evan were extremely professional, informative, efficient, respectful, and hard-working. They arrived in a company truck with logos and with all required equipment. They were wearing company jerseys and neck gaiters / face masks. Evan and Evan answered all of the questions I had about what to expect, and they took great care to protect exterior speakers, screens, light fixtures, cedar shakes, and other delicate items. I had the entire house soft washed, and multiple deck and concrete areas pressure washed, including a deck and painted stairwell to be prepped for later staining and re-painting. The workmanship and attention to detail by Evan and Evan were amazing—I seriously cannot believe how clean they were able to get everything. There were multiple areas on the house that were covered in green algae, including in the highest areas on the second story, and their soft wash process removed all of it. The PVC deck railing around my front porch looks brand new again, as does the ceiling over the porch. The very dirty and dingy back wood deck and painted stairwell are now ready for stain and new paint. They know exactly what sort of wash (soft vs pressure) your areas require to meet your needs, and have the skills and equipment to tackle it all. You will be amazed at what your property looks like once they are done with everything.My first point of contact with WNC Wash Pros was over the telephone with Ben who was also extremely professional and knowledgeable. He assembled a quote for me within minutes and emailed it to me, complete with online options for acceptance and scheduling. The online process was so easy and efficient. He is highly responsive to texts, as well, as I sent him some photos and requests to add some things to my project quote.I am very impressed with this company and highly recommend them. We were very happy with our experience with WNC Wash Pros. The quote was competitive and scheduling was easy. The process was explained before the technicians started so that we knew what to expect during the roof treatment and how it would look afterwards.They worked efficiently and made sure that nothing was missed on the expansive roof of our ranch style home. The roof looks great now with the exception of two areas where moss was growing. It has turned white and should wash away with time.It should be noted that a 60 month warranty is dependent on their return every six months to maintain the roof and gutters, which costs a minimum of $300 per visit. Otherwise there is no warranty for the treatment. Regardless, we would only have this treatment done once every five years anyway, so the maintenance program doesn’t make sense for us.Despite the warranty curve ball, we recommend WNC Wash Pros due to the excellent service they provided at a competitive price.

Wow! Definitely exceeded my expectations! Kyle and Casey came to the house right on time and are the nicest guys. They were very respectful, friendly and extremely good at their jobs! The total time they were here was less than expected and they soft washed the whole house and a medium size shed. They helped me put the furniture back on the patio and Kyle even gave me some gardening tips that I asked for because he is also a horticulturist. Win win for me!
