Absolutely the worst company ever to deal with. They installed gutters and replaced facia on our home. When Clayton came to give me the estimate he spoke to me and I told him I would like a quote for gutters as well as replacing the pieces, fascia, that had paint peeling. I did not walk him around in fact I asked him did he need me to be with him, I was busy when he came, and he said no he would walk around and send me the quote. I recieved quote and agreed to price. Now installed there are pieces of the fascia not replaced. still paint chipped off, guttering to long, guttering leaning off of the fascia board as well as end caps not sealed or attached. When my husband emailed/called Clayton, he replied with a statement that was a complete and utter lie stating he was shown what to replace and he quoted accordingly. No mention of the other issues we have with the installation. He had stated to my husband the leaning gutter could possibly be from fascia leaning prior. The fascia pieces replaced do not even align in several areas. Poor workmanship all around. I have pictures with my old guttering up and they were not leaning prior to his crew touching my house. Just an all around disappointment and waste of time.I wish I had actually read the reviews before contacting them. Just a horrible experience all around.Service: Gutter installation

I was unfortunate enough to have my builder choose this company to install our roof. Less than 5 years after the build was completed, I have multiple shingles literally just dropping off of my roof. I called and asked what their warranty coverage was and they said "1 year workmanship" and they wanted $350 just to come out and look at their own botched installation ... LOL.Avoid them if you plan on keeping your home for more than a couple years.Service: Roof installation

When a storm came and tree branches resulted in roof damage, the kind folks at Robco Roofing were my first call after a recommendation from a neighbor... I initially thought there was one hole in the roof from a tree branch that fell on our roof, but the team did a complete inspection of the roof upon arrival and found additional damage. I'm grateful for their amazing customer service, professionalism and commitment to quality. They also came out to our home very promptly!Brandon did a great job with the repair, and clearly showed the issues and quickly addressed them to avoid additional issues. After a storm I had several missing shingles! My shingles on my roof are discontinued but Robco was very thorough in getting the closest match possible. A simple reasonably priced service call and my repairs were taken care of in a urgent manner! The crew was very professional and cleaned up all of their debris upon completion. Our home was built in 2005. We had storm damage to our siding and contacted Robco, since they were the original contractor. We were very happy with their service. Over the years we have used them again, with the last time being this year (2020), and their services continue to be professional. We later had them install gutters. Again, great service. Some of these reviews make little sense. Again, we have used them several times with zero complaints. In fact, the workmen are always helpful and friendly.Service: Gutter installation

When Robco Roofing tells you IN WRITING that they will work with you on pricing (their estimate was already higher than the other company) and then sends you a bill for $3,000 HIGHER than the estimate they gave you ---without so much as a quick phone call...that is dishonest and Incredibly POOR customer service! ONE quick phone call and this could have been avoided! And when we called them they said TOO BAD! So be careful because we consider it Bait and Switch!Service: Roof installation

I had solar lights installed. They are wonderful. So much light. The crew worked quickly and did a great job of cleaning everything up afterwards. Even trimmed a tree to ensure maximum light. They were very courteous and answered all questions. I was so pleased with a recommendation from a neighbor for their services.

I called them 2 weeks ago for some siding and flashing help. A nice lady over the phone said that she would have the project manager contact me the following the day...Today, March 24... 3 working men come to my door and say that they are here to replace siding and some other stuff? Everyone was professional, but no one contacted me or told me that they were coming over with no estimate? Just randomly showed up?I WOULD NOT recommend this company!!

This company installed the shingles on my roof. I own a new home. Shingles in one spot went missing. I contacted the owner and he sent someone out to replace the missing shingles. Not long after shingles from that exact spot went missing a second time; this time it caused water damage to my home. The owner sent a crew back to replace the shingles. Now here I am a 3rd time with the same exact issue. Shingles from the same exact spot are missing again...more water damage. Apparently they’re doing a horrible job at installing them. I called the company today and left a message for the owner. Also sent a text message. I’m to the point of taking them to court because the poor quality of work has caused water damage to my home. I have proof of calls, voice messages from them, pictures and etc from all the times they have come out. I will update this review if I hear back from the owner and if they fix this issue PROPERLY this time. My suggestion to others...find a roofing company where they take pride in their work and do it right the FIRST time!

After large hail damaged our Shingles and Gutters back in May 2019 we were approached by several roofing and gutter companies in our neighborhood. We finally decided to select Robco Residential because of the Professional manner we were approached with by Clay Roberts. Clay is a very nice guy that will do what he says. Due to the back log and number of homes damaged it took a while for our turn and were very pleased with the good job and quick turnaround by Robco. Clay was there and made sure all was completed correctly on time . The new roof and gutters matched great. I would highly recommend Robco Residntal for Quality service and Quick Turnaround.

I called Robco to check our downspouts to see if they were draining correctly. The office staff was very polite and quickly contacted someone to come to my house. Joey responded to my call & walked me thru every step of how the gutter drains & any damage it could cause. He attached different downspouts to illustrate how each will drain. He was thorough, knowledgeable and very patient while we decided the best solution. Robco is very professional company, great to do business with!

This review is not complaining about price, but about a poor initial quote, fixing one problem while creating another one, poor warranty work, poor customer service from the Wesley Roberts (owner's son), and the complete inability to assume responsibility for one's mistakes. My issue was brought to the attention of the front office and I must say they were all extremely professional; however the complaint was passed to Wesley and since he's the owner's son he thinks he can treat customers poorly and get away with it without worry of losing his job. At the end of the day, extremely poor customer relations from Wesley is the basis for this one star review.Roof replacement was performed in January of 2017. Original quote was $1400 but got charged $2025 with no notification of change. This was 45% more than the original quote. This was because the estimator, Wesley (owner's son), never measured or saw my roof during the estimation process. His excuse was that he has priced jobs like this one many times. That being said, he evidently hasn't learned anything because he was off by 45% of the original estimate. The roof was worth $2025 and probably more; however Wesley offered no apology or excuse except that the roof was bigger than he though. Here's your sign!Fast forward 20 months and Hurricane Florence's rain cause a leak in the roof of my nook. The roof actually fixed some old issues, but uncovered new ones in the process. When ROBCO replaced the old flashing, they uncovered missing mortar between the bricks and did not fix it. I found this issue during post damage inspection. Instead of filling the missing mortar in with new mortar or even letting someone know, the crew did nothing, which resulted in another leak. ROBCO says they will not cover the roof repair under their 10 year warranty after 20 months. Their roof work would have been fine had they repaired the missing mortar they uncovered in the flashing removal process.A roof worker showed up to repair the roof and immediately noticed the deficiencies of the old crew not cleaning up and repairing the roof leak completely. This roof worker attempted to skim the work for himself for $200, but after consulting ROBCO he found out I was being charged $250 regardless so he attempted to repair the roof under ROBCO's time. The resulting repair was sloppy and unprofessional. It may stop the leak, but it looks like a child performed the repair with sloppy caulking and cleanup.My interactions with the ladies at the front office at ROBCO were great; however the great attitude ended when everything was passed to Wesley. Wesley could learn a lot about customer service front the ladies in the front office! At the end of the day, I would not recommend ROBCO due to their poor customer service, poor estimate techniques, inability to clean up after the job, poor quality assurance, and blatant disregard of their 10 year warranty.

This is my second issue with this company since my house was built in 2018. Yes less than 2 yrs. Their warranty is no warranty at all for a major roofing company. 1 yr workmanship. I get better warranty coverage from on my oil change. Now we have a leak on the porch from the shooty roof job and they want $300 to come take a look. The builder left us high and dry on this too. Never buy a house from Caviness and Cates and make sure this jacklegg roofing company is not installing your roof.I find your response ironic seeing that you never came to my house and visibly investigated the issue. If you are not going to be truthful how about not lying.

Robco Residential has been amazing! They took care of everything in a timely manner with NO problems. They even helped me out when we had a little mishap with the bbq grill. I would DEFINITELY recommend Robco Residential to anyone.

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IF you can find someone else to do your roof or gutters, use another contractor.100% misinformation regarding minimum credit card security hold. We were told it's a $300 hold on our card until an invoice was processed.I called back 3 times to make sure once work was completed, $300 WOULD NOT be charged if the work was less than that. I was assured ABSOLUTELY, in fact, I was told that would be crazy to charge 300 for more than the job was.Well, the workers came out, mind you, they had to anyway as they were working across the street. They used parts WE ALREADY HAD.. and worked 20 minutes rerouting a gutter.We were charged exactly $300!! What in the hell????This makes absolutely 0 sense. We were lied to regarding what the card hold was "really" for when they called stating the charges and when we complained about them. CROOKS!!!! Unreal:(
