Superior was easy to work with. Jennifer assisted me with getting the shelter that would meet my requirements. Once everything was agreed upon, it was only a few weeks before they called to schedule when the crew could begin. The construction crew showed up early and worked until they finished. The color that my wife chose looks exactly as we expected it to. The quality of the shelter is very good and we are pleased that the look of the shelter blends in to the area it is located. It has a clean and neat look.We are pleased with Superior and would recommend them if you need a metal shelter or building.

I’m very satisfied with the finish product; my building looks just as planned. The colors blended well with my house and detached garage.I suggest that anyone getting a building check w/ the concrete crew before they start to get an estimate and explanation for any grading required where you will be charged $75/hr. I spent 1/2 day doing my own build-up/grading and purchased a load of fill sand. I was surprised at the end of the day for the concrete pour to be informed that I was required to pay for an additional 3 hrs. The concrete crew also left trash and foundation 2x4’s driven in the ground. So I paid them for extra 3 hours and then had to spend my time cleaning up behind them.The crew erecting the building arrived on time and did a great job. I was a bit surprised they didn’t have touch-up paint to cover a few scratches that occurred during installation (I suggest you do a complete insp & note anything on the sheet provided at the end of the day). It took a couple of reminder contacts; however, Ruben came by a few weeks later and took care of the paint touch-up & a few missing screws. Overall, I’m pleased with my new building and it's working out great. Thanks Superior.

Superior helped me with my design and built it to a high standard. I told them beforehand that I was OCD and wanted a perfect project and I got one. I checked the concrete pad after they poured it and it was in square by 1/8 of an inch. WOW. Building material was above average and crew that installed the shop worked extremely hard and very accurate. I was very impressed with Superior and their people and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks for a job “extremely” well done.

Lies from the time we stepped into this place. We was told by Courtney on 2 different days that we look at this building that we would get the metal frame in picture 1. When they came to put up the building up they brought metal frame in picture 2. We was told that it comes with 2 garage doors and a walk-in door. 2 days before the workers came to put the building up Courtney call me and said that you can't put 2 doors on front of the building, only one door will fix. The contract said I get 1 door, Courtney said she will get me 2 big garage doors. The front was already fix to have 2 doors. Picture 3 and 7 shows that the front is on a slant. You can see the level is on a slant. Picture 4, they was suppose to come and remove the hump so the garage door will set tight on the concrete. Picture 5 and 6 show the rubber piece is twisted and should been replaced. We even talk to 2 different Supervisors/Manager about these situations and just got lies from them also. The workers that did the concrete and building did a great job. I gave the management the 1 star. Lesson learn don't believe what the say they will lie to you just to get a sale. Read the contract good and go what's on the contract.

My husband said "it is one of the most square buildings I have ever seen ( and he is very detail oriented). The inspector was also very complimentary. We purchased a 10’ x 21’ x 8’ carport from Superior on 4/25/23. Install date 5/31/23.The night before I received a text from one of the installers who wanted to come to our house at 6 am to start the install. I told him no way we have noise ordinances that need to be followed. He kept on pushing for earlier times then the 7:30-8:00 am appt time we were given. Husband called him and said don’t show up at 6 am. They showed up 9:15. They did a nice job, it looks great, they cleaned up and were done within a couple hours.

The sales staff helped me spec out my building just how I wanted it. They were able to accommodate changes and personalizations without issue. Pricing was clear. Pad was poured and I kept it soaked for 1 week. One hairline surface crack developed and I found a nail had risen to the surface leaving a small blemish but otherwise the pad was square, level and looks great. Building was put up in a day and the garage door (damaged during shipping) was replaced two days later at no charge. Both crews were extremely courteous and good to work with. Building has held up well after a year and I’m still working on finishing the inside. Hasn’t sweat with the insulation and has been water tight through a few big storms. Also looks great. I would order another building from Superior if I had to do it again.
