I am so glad that I called BCI Roofing! Mark was very professional and kept in constant contact with me throughout the install to make sure that he addressed any questions or concerns that I had. The installers were super friendly. They were continually checking the ground for debris and kept my yard really clean. After the project was complete, they put everything that they had to move back in its original spot. They were very respectful of the appearance of my flower beds too. Their workmanship was excellent. I could tell that they really took pride in their work. The difference that my new metal roof has made, as far as the appearance of my house, is absolutely amazing. It gave my house a new refreshed look. I am very excited to see the difference that it will make this summer on my cooling bill . My only regret is that I didn’t call them sooner. There’s a lot of self-proclaimed “roofers” out there- but don’t be fooled! BCI is top notch and well worth the money. Just call for your free estimate and they’ll handle every thing else. I chose BCI roofing to install micromesh gutter guards after contacting 7 other companies for estimates for several reasons. The ease of communication and responsiveness was unparalleled. While other companies took days to respond and were not timely providing estimates, a BCI employee was here within a day and I had a detailed estimate the next business day. Mark responded to questions quickly and thoroughly. At the estimate appointment his employee provided me with a sample of the product and answered questions regarding the lifetime warranty of the product and 40 year warranty on installation. He took pictures of where the gutters were clogged and how the product and their installation would remedy the problems. This is a quality product that is superior to their competitors' products. We have pine needles that clog the gutters and this micromesh system should allow minimum needles to penetrate.Their pricing was economical for the product and service provided. The installers were polite, punctual and professional. They took their time, cleaned the gutters thoroughly and did a quality installation. They explained how to get a free brush from the manufacturer and the minimal maintenance involved which only involves sweeping from the ground a few times a year.Services: Gutter repairs, Gutter cleaning

The BCI roofing team removed my old roof allowing me to see just what was required to fix my problem. the crew leaders took time to explain to me the primary cause of my leaking roof and started immediate repairs at 7am and completed all work by 5 pm the same day. The entire crew was pleasant to work with. Their professional knowledge and skills is reflected in the finished product. The process didn’t take long. Came out to look it over and gave me an estimate. Next week they were out there to do the roof. They stripped shingles off and replaced the whole roof in one day. Prices are very reasonable. The owner is awesome and very polite. Thanks BCI for making this a very good experience for me

This was my first time hiring BCI Roofing and I will definitely be a returning customer for any issues I have in the future!So I have a rental property in Charlotte Nc where in the summer the attic gets extremely hot leading to the electric bills being higher as my tenants are trying to keep their places cool.I called around trying to get some suggestions on what can be done before the hot summer months hit again. I ended up hiring Bci roofing and my experience from start till finish has been top notch. Mark was extremely professional and kind on the phone and in person. He had scheduled me in right away and met me at my rental property the next day. Mark assessed what I had called about and during his exam he noticed there was a lot of roof damage and actually took pictures of all the roof damage to show to me. Mark came to me and came up with a few different options that could be done. From there I knew Bci was a legit roofing company and not one of these other roofing companies telling you that you need this and that done and that there is only one way to do it. After having a discussion with Mark I decided to go with having a new shingle roof installation and had an attic vent installed. I knew the time was coming of having to get a new roof I just thought it would be a little bit further down the road and truthfully speaking I probably could have gotten a few more years out of my old roof but it would’ve ended up just costing me more money especially if it had started to leak. The entire process was so smooth, easy, all my concerns were addressed, and I was informed on the entire process. Also not only did I myself but my tenant felt safe with Mark and his crew on the property which is my top priority.They had the job done in exactly a week, I could not believe it. They were courteous at what time they showed up and what time they left. They were always on time, and were very polite.Also my tenant that lives at this property has a dog so it was very important that no nails were left behind. They made sure to keep tidy, pick up after themselves and when they were finished there is no trace that they were ever here besides my beautiful new shingle roof and the vent that was installed.I am so thrilled and couldn’t be more thankful for such a wonderful experience with BCI Roofing. Mark and his crew with BCI Roofing ware prompt with quotes and any additional information requested. Additionally, they were patient while we went through a very lengthly purchase of a HUD owned home. Because HUD had a nailed down tarp placed on the roof prior to offering the property for sale, and then removed the tarp without patching nail holes it was important to get the new shingles on the roof I asked for a rush job. When Mark noticed that a couple of days of rain were coming, and knowing about the additional damage that would occur from the rain, he rearranged his schedule to make sure the roof had new shingles put on the day before the big rainstorm. His promptness likely saved hundreds of dollars in water damage that may have occurred. Cleanup was so good we never even noticed any residue of the job. Kudos to Mark and his crew!

My home sustained significant water damage from a shingle roof that failed during Hurricane Florence. I did a fair amount of research on what to do regarding replacing the roof. Not only did BCI offer a competitive price, they also offered same as cash financing which allowed me to get the roof work done without waiting for insurance money to become available. Given the number of roofs in need of repair in the area, I still had to wait a while for the work to begin, but less than with the time estimates from other companies. When the work began, it became evident that the decking had also been compromised and needed replacement as well (which was expected). With Mark Bailey keeping me informed all along the process, the entire roof decking was removed, old skylights removed and all replaced with new material in just a couple days. Although there were some issues with some of the cosmetics on the trim work, these were resolved to my satisfaction without any confrontation needed and final payment was not requested until I was satisfied. This would have been a 5 star review had the trim work been done properly the first time, it says a lot about a company that recognizes problems and makes corrections it in both a timely and congenial manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

BCI Metal Roofing, out of Bladenboro, NC, more than exceeded our expectations. The price was reasonable, the crew had it up in 2 days, and here we are, 3 or 4 years later, and it still looks brand new. I highly, highly recommend these guys.
