Nothing but problems with my house. Literally having to move my house because of where it was set. No where near where I wanted it! 8 acres and the put it in a hole 50 feet from the road and 100 feet next to the house next door. All I here is noise from traffic and have had several cars fly into the front of my house where I was almost hit. Another wreck happened and a 17 year old boy died in front of my house and in front of me. Can't put in words how mad and disappointed I am. Definitely took advantage of my situation and having to live in an RV with my family. I just can't wait to move this house I well over paid for, but not looking forward going through the entire process all over again not to mention all the money I have to spend to get it done and done right! As a disabled combat veteran on a fixed income I can see this will be a nightmare! Especially when they find problems when taking it apart to move it. I have nothing else to say other than I'm completely disgusted with this entire situation!

Called to ask if we could use their unused gravel parking lot for a yard sale. They were going to charge us something like $50-$100. We were going to make that much, so said thanks and hung up the phone. They must really need the money. Not sure, but with that amount, I would hate to see what the cost of their homes are.

I called him about moving a trailer 11 miles for me. He messaged me two days later and asked where the trailer was so I gave him the address he told me he would call back in two days. He never called, in the span of 4 weeks I called him the first week after he said he'd call no answer or return call. I got someone else to move the trailer and set it up. Two days after the trailer was set up he messaged me telling me he was ready to move it. I had a dead line on moving it.

Josh built our custom home and it is so solidly built and just lovely. He and Marty were wonderful to work with , getting ready to built a spec house and I would never go anywhere else!!

They must have had my last review removed, dont rent from them. Predatory company who doesn't care about their clientele, also hire questionable office and repair staff.

I am looking for a builder. After several calls and then a visit, the builder never called me back. If he didn't want the job a simple I can't do it would have been nice.

My brother has been waiting 6 months for Cash Custom homes to finish the work on his home AFTER paying them extra to do the work, this isn’t good business
