Elite Roof and Solar was very easy to work with from start to finish. From Ned helping coordinate the project to the crews who worked 12 hour days to get the job done. I appreciate their work and business ethics. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a new roof. They are not the cheapest (and you get what you pay for) but they are the best. I now have a roof that is backed by a warranty that is transferrable if I ever decide to move. This is piece of mind and well worth the price.

Ryann Jones "5 Stars"Ryann's Professionalism and Knowledge was the reason I selected Elite Roofing & Construction. I was not an easy sell and I have personally installed numerous roofs myself. She handled all my questions and concerns, and ensured me of her personal follow up of the job. A roof is only as good as the labor that installs the roof, the labor is only as good as the follow up of each job. The roofing team of 6 was there at 6:45 am and worked till dark 9:00 pm . They came back the next day and completed the task by noon. They were professional and did an excellent job in clean up. They responded to my needs appropriately and completed the job to my satisfaction. With that said, Ryann was there before the process, during the process and after the process of installing the new roof. We had an excellent experience with Elite Roof. They were extremely professional and responsive with our roof installation. We had delayed our installation because of other work on the house and during that time had a small leak, which they came and repaired immediately. When it came time for the roof installation they completed the entire project in the projected time, did a great job with cleanup, and were in constant contact to answer any questions. We got several quotes before installation and they were the most affordable, included several things in the base cost that were additional with other companies, and in the end they came in at budget with no surprises. Another amazing experience with Elite! I gave them five stars three years ago when they installed five new skylights and a new roof. Excellent then, and excellent now. Our experience - from start to finish - was excellent. When we first contacted Elite about a total roof replacement, we received quick, professional responses (and an on-site visit) from Ryann and communication was clear and seamless with respect to product selection, scheduling, and cost. Having never done this before, we had a lot of questions and Ryann made sure to answer the questions in a quick, thorough manner. Regarding the actual installation itself, it was seamless. The roofers were friendly, kept things tidy, and worked efficiently to finish our large project in about two days. Even after the installation, Elite (and Ryann, in particular) made sure to visit our home, check for nails/debris, and ensure that we were happy with the entire process. If we need a roof or roof repairs again, Elite will be our go-to company. Great customer service, great pricing, great payment options. Their estimator came out within a few days of my contacting the company about a total roof replacement. He was on time and provided a detailed estimate of the job. The pricing was within the range I expected to see. Since they are a large company they are able to supply the right size of skylights we need. The skylights are 34 years old and three other smaller roofing companies told me the skylights are "a custom size" and would cost double the price and would take several months to get. Also, the warranty options Elite offers are great and I know they will still be in business when I might actually need the warranty. Ultimately we decided to wait on replacing the entire roof but did need six vent boots replaced because they were cracked and pulled away exposing the wood sheeting under the shingles and leaking. Elite was happy to do that small job for us and came out within a few days after we discussed the project. They were on time, did a great job, cleaned up their work, and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Elite Roofing and will be using them for our total roof replace within the next 18-24 months.Service: Roof repair

Two years after having Elite replace the roof on our storage building, we also had to replace the roof on our home. We had received estimates from others, but once again, Elite provided the most comprehensive estimate and scheduled the work to our plans. Ryann was again in charge and shepherded the project just as I had come to expect from our first occasion of employing Elite's services. We've had the roof replaced on this home 2 previous times by different roofers and I had never been invited to come up on the roof and inspect their work. This time Alfred, the crew supervisor, had invited me up to look over the work and he gave me a tour. I'm not shy about going up on the roof so I was pleasantly surprised that he invited me to view the work. The work was done in a day from 8am to about 7pm.Here are some details about the quality of work and unexpected extras we enjoyed from this roof replacement:1. After the work, there was no debris on the property to speak of. I found a single nail in a gutter.2. They added a second vent to the spine of the roof over the garage - one hadn't ever been put there by prior roofers.3. We have a garbage shed next to the house which they roofed without being asked and which I had not expected them to do.4. We had an expensive gutter system installed a few years ago and so to keep the warranty we had a technician remove and replace the gutter screens. He stated to me that the drip lines were the best he had encountered and that oftentimes that this is an issue with roofing jobs.5. Ryann had inspected the roof the next morning to make sure all was in order and also left us with some extra packs of shingles.Needless to say, this was also a very good experience coming as it did just a couple years after our first engagement of Elite for their services. We bought our house with its original roof expecting to have to replace it. It had lots of moss growth, which our home owners insurance company required us to remove approximately 2 years after purchasing. About this time the roof also starting leaking. We had a very short window in which to fix or replace our roof before our insurance company said they’d drop us. I called a few companies and got a few quotes. I spoke to one of the owners of Elite Roofing on the phone, he was very knowledgeable and sympathetic to our situation. He was also a general pleasure to converse with. Elite had great online reviews so we went with them. Despite a heavy workload, Elite Roofing showed up within a few days of my call, provided an estimate, made accommodations for some of the personal standing plans we had in place, and began work promptly at the agreed upon date. They tore off and replaced the roof in 1 long Friday and a half day the following Saturday. I was pretty impressed with the timing. They also did a great job cleaning up around the yard and the roofers were very friendly. The final bill mirrored the quote that they originally provided us, to the penny! There were no exorbitant unexpected costs, even though we added two vents to the project plan that weren’t previously part of our roof. I would absolutely choose Elite Roofing several times over. Thanks for making a challenging situation less painful!!

Mr. Thomas Critcher was very helpful and he explained everything clearly and I felt very comfortable and confident about the roof repair that would be done. The roofing crew did an outstanding job in removal of my old shingles and then replacement with the new shingles was also installed seamlessly and the cleanup was excellent. I only found one stray nail left in one of my shrubs so very thorough job in cleanup and removal. Elite did a great job on my new roof job. They were ontime, courteous, and did exactly what they said when they said they would. The only reason I'm not giving them a 5 is because they don't do fascia repair or gutter work and having a comprehensive program to fix roofs that includes helping with fascia and gutter repair would have made things go faster for me as the homeowner. I had to wait nearly two months for a gutter guy to do the work, which delayed my badly needed roof installation. I'd hire them again, but think they should either contract with fascia and gutter people or do it themselves.Service: Roof installation

In preparation for the winter I had a handyman come to my cabin to clean off my roof. He discovered that I had soft spots on my roof. Being fairly new to the Boone area I didn't know which company to contact. After consulting several neighbors and other associates the majority suggested Elite Roofing. I sent an email through the website and the next morning Thomas Critcher, Market Area Manager contacted me. He came out later that morning, took measurements and worked up my quote. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the quote was. About 2 weeks later the team showed up early that morning to start the job. My roof had 2 layers of shingles that had to be removed. What is "elite" about this company is their prices. I had them replace some old gutters with new ones. They didn't even do the job themselves, they just subbed it out to another company. I asked them to bury one of the drain lines which they agreed to do as part of the job. Their sub refused to do it, so I had to wait a few weeks until they found another sub.The sub only partially buried the pipe, so I had to finish the job myself.They over-promise. under perform.Service: Gutter repairs
