JDS did excellent work on our gutters. They came out within days of contacting them and got us a quote within a day. Once the weather cooperated they came back in a few weeks to do the work which only took a day and a half. They were very clean and their attention to detail shows in the final product. A great value and I would definitely recommend them.

Having a tree fall on my house was nerve-wracking. Finding help with the repairs could have been. But with JDS my nerves calmed down! Jason came out to tarp the holes within hours of the tree removal. He was prompt with estimates, communicated well and my house looks better than ever! He and his team put on a new metal roof and gutters. I was also impressed with how much his team enjoyed their work. Happy people who take pride in their work! I did a thorough search for a roofing company in the Boone/Blowing Rock area. Jason Sides' Company, JDS Pro LLC submitted a professional, fully thought-out estimate. Jason introduced me to two of his established crew members, discussed what he would do, and how long he thought it would take. He started when he said he would and finished when he said he would, in spite of a few days of bad weather. We are completely pleased. His crew was courteous, professional, and friendly. Jason arranged for a painter to paint some replaced facia in very difficult to reach places. When finished his crew removed all debris . Jason was on the job daily and on the roof regularly. JDS Roofing is a family business. Jason's wife, Emma, manages the back office and was very responsive and helpful. Our roof is beautiful. I recommend JDS Roofing as a professional, quality roofing company. They are honest, dependable, and pleasant to work with. We are glad that we selected them to replace our roof.

A most positive experience. Had fascia and soffit issues from leaking gutters. JDS promptly came, gave a reasonable estimate, and did the necessary repairs as and when promised. The work was done quietly, efficiently, and cleanly. Took down troublesome gutters, replaced and painted the wood in the problem areas, rehung and sealed the faulty gutters. Crew was personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Would definitely seek their talents again.

Jason has been one of the most responsive and timely contractors I have worked with. Jason assisted us with addressing damage from a previously fallen tree by sealing areas around the chimney, replacing cosmetic trim as well as updating our roof by installing a new ridge cap and screws. We had our roof replaced the summer of 2019. I had called many roofers in the area and most would not even return my call. Not true with JDS Roofing. Jason returned my call promptly, came out to look at the job quickly and gave me a professional, written estimate in a timely manner. Our home had been empty for a number of years when we bought it so we knew there was going to be some wood damage that would have to be replaced in the eaves and on the roof of our covered deck. Jason and his crew did a fabulous job in replacing the woodwork and rotted beams.We are so pleased with our new roof. Jason and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, proficient, respectful and kept the job site exceptionally clean and neat.I can not recommend Jason and his company highly enough. Jason runs a tight crew with attention to detail. The integrity of the final products he has built for me are outstanding. My wife and I went to him with ideas and dreams to modify our home, he was able to translate these into reality. We have had both a rubber roof and metal roof installed in different areas. Both function as Jason promised without hidden costs. He also maintained a clean worksite and did a thorough clean up effort at the end.

JDS does top quality work at reasonable prices. I cannot say enough great things about Jason and his crew. They are very professional, honest, dependable and can complete any project with which they are tasked. At our home near Blowing Rock JDS replaced multiple windows (including cutting one window of a stone surround), a sliding glass door, a very heavy set of triple glass doors, an aging skylight, built a concrete wall and covered it with stone and replaced an aging roof with 50 year architectural shingles. They also reinforced our very large back deck, replaced rotting exterior boards and replaced a leaky kitchen faucet. If Jason and his crew cannot perform a certain job to the standard of greatness they set themselves to, then he can refer another top professional with the necessary skills. On top of that, after having completed a job not one nail or scrap of material was left behind. These guys have incredible attention to detail and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Super fast response, fast repair! The February 2021 snow and rain on the mountain caused a leaking roof into our rental cabin.
