I'm impressed with this company! Thomas and his crew (probably 10 hardworking folks) were incredibly industrious and efficient. I was skeptical that they'd be able to finish my 15 square (1300 sq ft) roof in the time he estimated... happily, my skepticism was unfounded, as they did finish - stripped, felted, repaired decking, flashed and shingled - in about 8 hours start to finish. I'm a little more than a month in, happy and dry as a bone!My warranty arrived (post-roof manufacturer packet) as promised, and it looks great. I'd hire them again in 25 years or so, except I likely won't last that long.

Wilson Critcher of Providence Roofing LLC in Boone was a pleasure to work with before, during and after completion of our new GAF Timberline HDZ shingle roof. He was informative, respectful and trustworthy and prices were competitive, especially when you factor in the GAF Golden Pledge 25 year Workmanship Warranty they are able to offer. The Providence Roofing installation team were amazing - highly organized and efficient, they had the job done in 4 hours and had all the old roof and debris cleared away right after.

Thomas the owner came out to inspect my roof after I saw a shingle on the grass. It was a 22-year old roof and had hail damage. A second inspection said the same. Thomas advised me to call my insurance company and that they might cover it. They sent their inspector and he agreed, so essentially they paid paid for the roof.Thomas had never done a structural insulated roof so we researched it.there was a little rot one one edge which his company fixed.Aside from holding my hand through this process, his workers did the job of removing old shingles and putting new shingles on in one day, and came in under estimate. As a new widow of advanced years I needed this to go right, and it did. Cleanup after was impressive, too. Things were spotless.I highly recommend Providence roofing.

Professional, fast, efficient, clean, reasonable price. Workers arrived when expected, had the old roof off in an hour, and started underlayment and shingles while replacing two pieces of sheathing that had water damage. They cleaned up and were gone before noon. They left no debris. Providence came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend them.

This was the first roof we had to put on from the original roof from when we built our home. We had the 3 tab dimensional shingles. Thomas was able to find a comparable shingle and the same color as the original shingles. The work was prompt and they didn’t leave any debris or nails behind. Thomas even noticed a slight color difference in one place on the roof from a “different” batch of shingles. He contacted the distributor and found the same lot number as the rest of the shingles and came back and removed the shingles and replaced with the same lot number so the match was perfect. That’s above and beyond “customer satisfaction”!

I knew I had a bad place in my roof that needed attention sooner rather than later. Turns out my roof was in worse shape than I thought it was. There were four different places that were rotten from previous water damage. The Providence Roofing team made all the needed repairs and installed the new shingles perfectly. I was kept informed of the entire process and was provided pictures of the damages and repairs. The clean up was so great you could barely tell that they were even on site. Wilson and his crew did an outstanding job replacing our entire roof. Wilson went the extra mile and made a trip out to the house to meet with the insurance adjuster on our behalf. The adjuster showed up unprepared to take photos of the damage to the roof so Wilson used his drone to take pictures for the insurance company.I would recommend this group to anyone needing roof repair or replacement. They were professional, work was done quickly, and everything was left spotless upon completion. Thanks again for getting us a new roof before winter set in! It looks great!

Our roof was 20 years old and we wanted to replace it before any problems developed. I contacted Providence Roofing and Thomas came out, inspected the roof and provided a written and detailed estimate. He talked me through his recommendations and answered all of my questions. He scheduled the job and told me exactly what to expect. His crew arrived as promised and got to work. The entire job was complete within one and half days. They cleaned up and left everything in great shape. Thomas followed up with me and they made a site visit just make sure we were satisfied with the final product. We are completely satisfied! I waited until after a heavy rain or two just to make sure before posting this review. As expected, all is well. The roof looks great and serves its essential purpose. We could not be more pleased!

We used Providence to replace the nails in our metal roof and patch a small hole. Wilson helped with our estimate, and was very friendly and responsive. The estimate was sent within 24 hours. Our maintenance was completed less than two weeks from the estimate. We are very pleased with the timeframe and professionalism. The quote for our repair with Providence was $2,000 less than another company, and the other company didn't even get on the roof to check out our concerns. I've battled bats in my ceiling for years now, with multiple failed attempts at exclusion. They crawl under the metal roofing and ridge cap. A couple months ago, I'd reached my limit when I arrived home to a nauseatingly smelly house. I'd had a bat circulating in my main room the week prior. It was after hours, but I called Providence Roofing anyway. The kind lady patiently listened to my problems and it was within a week or so that Wilson came out and then sent an estimate. A contractor friend confirmed the price and materials and company were "right," and my roof swap took place within a few months. Wilson was incredibly nice, professional, and responsive to my multiple requests and inquiries. The work crew was amazing. The roof looks so much nicer than the metal roofing!
