I worked with Troyce from 700 miles away, a situation generally not advisable. But he was great. We communicated by text and phone calls, he sent photos and consulted me on every important decision. He also had some valuable suggestions that improved our original plans. He and his team did great work. The addition he added to our home looks like it was built with the house. That’s easier said than done when dealing with matching stain on nearly 20 year old wood siding and trim.He did what he said and came in on budget and even sent in a crew to clean the entire house the day before we came back.I highly recommend Stamey builders for all your new build or renovation needs.

My wife and I had Stamey Builders build a large screened in back porch with a rock fireplace, an adjoining deck and a one of a kind front deck. Troyce has done 3 major projects for us. An addition in 2006. A garage in 2010. A renovation in the old house built in the 1930’s in 2019. He and his staff are always friendly and respectful.

In addition he built a 3 car garage for us again exactly as we expected. Each project was on budget and finished in the timeline he projected. Troyce, Stamey and his team completed a 1000 square-foot addition on my home. During the five month construction period I found him to be meticulous in the quality of his work and very responsive to our needs.
