My recent experience with Affordable Siding & Windows was, as twice before, absolutely outstanding! The replacement patio sliding door was a great value; it looks fantastic, works perfectly, and was expertly installed. Special thanks to Mike and the team. The new framing on the garage looks beautiful, the replacement dryer vent is a big improvement.Given the outstanding experience and results, I will automatically turn to the team of professionals at Affordable Siding & Windows every time I can use their services.

I contacted Affordable Siding & Windows to obtain information on replacing some of the siding on my 1874 Historic Home with James Hardie siding. The sales person came to my home and provided a good understanding of the options.We moved forward with the understanding it would be 4 to 6 weeks before I was scheduled. About 2 weeks after I placed a deposit on a Friday, they contacted me to say that they had someone drop off the calendar and wondered if the could come and do my job on Monday. I was thrilled at my luck and jumped at the chance to have the siding sooner. They arrived when they committed, brought all the necessary equipment and I was amazed at the efficiency. They had to do quite a bit of prep work necessary due to the age of my home, but they accomplished the job in a little over a day. It looked great. But the really amazing results came when I had my painters come to paint the completed siding and it looked INCREDIBLE. It really pops and I am so pleased with the job they did. They were careful and respectful of my property and plants and just did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Replacement windows, gutters and front door. The crew is hard working, polite, clean, respectful and caring of both our property and our 3 cats and 1 dog. They made sure that I knew at all times which room they needed to access so I could contain the critters for safety. They all had a great sense of humor and were not phased by my questions. They spoke to use very respectfully and did not criticize our current situation of being overly cluttered from having all 4 of our parents die within the past 3 years and having to bring a lot of extra stuff into our home to deal with.If you need windows call Affordable Siding and Windows. Because of supply chain issues it took months for our custom made windows to come in because when we had our porch built years ago we never thought we would close it in for year round use. Once they came in they installed them within a few days and did a great job. My wife asked me when they started if they knew what they were doing. When I told her the 3 guys had been working for the company for 12, 15, and 18 years that ended that conversation.If you guys had not done a great job I would be hearing about it for a long time since I picked you to do the work.Thanks againMike

Affordable Siding and Windows is the company to use! Joel was outstanding when he came to help us decide what windows we wanted and answered all of our questions! Mike and his team were excellent installing the windows and answering any questions i had! They also did my office window on my lunch which I’m very greatful for! They are super professional and outstanding! Such nice guys! I could go on and on. Thank you Richie for getting our windows to us intime for our bathroom remodel to be finished, we greatly appreciate it! Overall best experience I’ve had in a while!

We had a window pop-out security lock break. I called AS&W and spoke to Susan. We are past customers. She was polite, professional and cared about our issue. It took a few weeks for the company to locate replacement locks but they found them and Richard came to our house as scheduled and replaced the broken one and the other side to match. He cared about that. He was a very nice man. He even left a pair with me in case we had a problem with another window. All is well. I recommend Affordable Siding & Windows for their products, service and most importantly, backing up their guarantees. 5 stars and an A+ rating from me. Thank you Richard and Susan for your customer care and excellent service.

I wanted to share that Affordable Siding did an outstanding job on not only our new HARDY BOARD siding, but also on an exterior door replacement. We were so impressed with Richard and Joel’s presentation, their kind follow up note and ultimately the installation of said products. The crews were so professional and conscientious, truly a joy to work with as well on the delivery end. The people who work for AFFORDABLE have been with them a long time and you can see why, ….they are so well trained and work as a cohesive unit, it’s almost like they are a family completely devoted to serving the customers on every level from order placement to the final install! My husband and I had an absolutely terrible experience with Affordable Siding and Windows. We needed our roof replaced, as well as some soffit repaired. It took 6 weeks before the roof work started, even though we were initially told 2-3 weeks. There was no communication from Ritchie(the owner). My husband had to constantly reach out to him to ask if anyone was coming out, and the response was always oh no sorry not today, but definitely tomorrow. Once the work started and was close to completion, my husband reached out to Ritchie to follow up regarding the soffit repair that we were told by Ritchie himself would be done by his crew at the same time as the roof. Ritchie told us he forgot, and his crew wouldn’t be able to get it done for another 3-4 weeks (we were on a deadline that was well known to Ritchie). So we had to contact someone else, who was thankfully able to get it done in the time frame we needed. The roofers also threw away half of our gutter guards. Ritchie told us he would look into it and get back to us. He never did, and he never responded to any follow up text messages. Last but not least, he also filled out our warranty information incorrectly, making it more challenging to register the warranty.We DO NOT recommend Affordable Siding and Windows, and will never use them again.

Joel, Mike, and everyone who works there are simply wonderful. Thanks team for all you did! As Joel told us, "It'll be like we're working on our own home" and it was!! I sat through 5 (mostly miserable) window sales pitches before I got to Affordable Siding and Windows. They were the only company that gave me their best price, and a reasonable one at that, right off the bat, with no pushy sales tactics. Additionally, we have some unusual wood trim around our windows on the exterior, which in places extends all the way to the roof line. They were willing to install the windows in order to preserve that, which meant a lot more work on their part, but it was important to me. Joel came to our house for the initial sales call and was awesome, then Mike and his crew did a great job on the install. Everyone was very professional and experienced. We are very pleased!

So many of my neighbors had replacement windows from those other guys. You can just tell from the street that these new windows are top shelf. The inside trim is beautiful. The crew was so professional and knowledgeable. They replaced rotten wood, sealed and insulated every opening perfectly. Every window and door is a picture. Love the work. Come see for yourself.

We were totally satisfied with everything about our experience with Affordable. This was the second time we have used Affordable. The first time was on a previous residence. Rich came to our house and still had the details concerning the first job. Affordable's quote was very competitive. Richard and his team were respectful, honest, and did a really nice job replacing my old siding with new Hardy board. I'm very critical of contracted work but I was impressed with their work. They even got the job done ahead of schedule and were accommodating when I needed a favor after the project was finished. They've been around for decades in Charlotte and there are plenty of reasons why!

I contacted them after hours through their website regarding an urgent issue concerning my roof. I received a call within an hour and a commitment to have someone to come over the next day to temporarily cover my roof until permanent work could be done. I have used them several times in the last 10 years and have ZERO complaints. Tye quality of the work and their customer service is top notch.

I have read the poor reviews and must say that I had quite a perfect experience. Mike and his crew were not only respectful but were very friendly. Their work was excellent and clean up was immaculate. They even hauled off some old mirrors and other things for me. The windows and sliding glass door are well constructed and slide easily. There is nothing that could have been better and I would highly recommend them.

After salesman Joel quotes me at $10K for 8 windows and I tell him I’m gonna call around and get a few quotes, he says he doesn’t blame me and he “wouldn’t dump a bunch of money into a place like this ether”. Salesmen like this are hard to find, better hang on to him!

I had affordable siding replace the siding on the back of my house. I was nervous at first after reading some of the negative reviews but they proved them all wrong or have really refocused their efforts on customer service. They were quick, professional, and left my house clean and looking great. I even put extra pressure on them to have the work completed within a few weeks as I was having a gathering at my house at the end of the month. They performed with 5 stars in every category. I would 100% use them again and would recommend them to a friend.

I should've listened to all the bad reviews. They came out to do our doors. Only my wife was home. Apparently Michael, the one who installed the provia doors, both front and back, have drafty air that comes in. WORSE than our old doors. Our old doors actually looked and performed better than the new ones. The new one's feel cheap and like plastic basically. Nowhere near the quality of our old ones. ON TOP OF IT ALL, my wife tells me she overheard him speaking to his crew member shane about my wife's breasts. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. Will not be doing business with this company EVER AGAIN and I regret it to the fullest. It's bad enough it took them months to come out and install the doors, but after all this, the bad doors, the terrible experience my wife had when I was at work, and the mess that was left for us to clean up, the company is unprofessional all around. Everyone looks like they're on drugs. It's terrible. So Terrible. Before all of this, we wanted them to come out and quote us on new gutters, and it just wasn't possible. THEY WOULDN"T. Apparently you can only get new gutters from the company if your whole house is getting sided. Who want's them there for more than an hour?? Let alone days, PROBABLY WEEKS doing siding. Took them 8 hours to install two doors. I work on computers and I could've did it myself in half the time. I installed the first two myself, and I could've done it myself. I should've, and could've saved myself a TON of money. STAY AWAY.

Terrible people. Came to do the windows and siding and two of them were caught snorting drugs outside the daughters window. She seen them and told us. We then called the company right away to confront the owner and was hung up on. Do yourself a favor and call people who have a better REPUTATION and don't do drugs! Especially in plain sight or in their blue van that's parked in your driveway. They left nails and trash everywhere, and left us to clean up the mess. Even the crew manager reeked of marijuana, sounds like a stoner, makes bad jokes, and doesn't care about quality or respect at ALL!

Have been trying to get a warranty replacement for tarnished door hardware since last August. 4 emails and multiple telephone conversations. 6 months. Enough said.
