Mark and his team did a fantastic job on our roof and our gutters. We would highly recommend them to any friend!He was extremely prompt in calling me after I submitted an inquiry for an estimate. He called within 5 minutes after submission and was at our house the next day. We originally had him come to evaluate our 13 year old roof for repairs, but upon a thorough inspection (including going into our attic, which no other company had done) he explained we might want to consider a replacement due to many spots with rotted wood its age.He also gave us feedback on our gutter system and explained how solutions from previous owners were not sufficient to solve the problems we had with water pouring over the edge in various spots.We decided to move forward with a full replacement of both, but not because we felt oversold into it - Mark understands the cost of this kind of work and gave us plenty of time and advice and allowed us to come to our own decisions. We appreciated his thorough answers to our questions across a few weeks and the detailed, line item estimates, also something we didn't receive from every company we looked at working with.Lastly, he and his team are extremely thorough in actual execution. The team completed each project in a day and cleaned up all nails, debris, and trash. They replaced all rotted wood, and Mark did a thorough inspection for both projects before the teams left. He went over how to care for our roof and gutters to maintain longevity and the kinds of warranties we received from working with Charlotte's Best Roofing and Restoration.We have no doubt that this investment was a good one in the hands of Charlotte's Best Roofing and Restoration!

Buying a new home is scary, what’s scarier is finding out there are siding repairs needed. Charlottes Best Roofing and Restoration, fixed all of our siding issues in a quick and effective manner. Mark from Charlotte's Best Roofing and Restoration came out and listened to my request for gutters and also noticed I had a plumbing vent installed improperly due a plumbing error, which I did not notice until he pointed it out (prevented leakage into roof). His team swooped in and completed my gutter project and responded to any questions or request I had with politeness and efficiency. They left no sign in my yard they were ever there except for my gutter installation. I called Mark to compliment the professionalism of the Install crew.

Great company! Fantastic communication. Very professional. Work seems to be very high quality. We had roofing and gutters replaced and it looks beautiful. Mark worked closely with us to make sure we had what we wanted, to help us consult on colors (a couple of times) and to coordinate all work days. We just had a small job replacing a couple of pieces of siding and fixing some other panels that were poorly installed by the builder. It certainly wasn’t the large project these guys might have preferred. However, they were friendly, prompt, and very reasonably priced. The staff was very responsive. The whole experience was positive. Mark was accommodative with every ask, even when we flip-flopped on color multiple times, and the work was done well and right the first time. Good communication, and Mark was true to his word with everything. While cleaning out attic discovered sunshine coming through where none should be. Researched companies for roof repair/replacement. I decided on Charlotte’s Best Roofing for one reason, Mark Grayson. He answered the phone, he offered free estimates, he set an appointment that worked for me. Mark arrived on time, his truck was spotless & he wore his company’s name on his polo shirt. We discussed what was going on then he checked the attic and climbed onto my roof which has a steep pitch. He took pictures. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Mark presented me with options and based on all the information I chose a full roof replacement. Mark was a tremendous help with the insurance and basically did everything except pick the color of shingle. The crew that did the roofing were awesome. We found Charlotte's Best Roofing by Google searching while needing an emergency gutter repair due to a storm the day before a holiday. Mark Grayson answered our distressed call and made a plan for repairs. After getting this issue rectified quickly for us we decided to use CBR for replacing our 20 year old roof. I highly recommend this company. We had water leaking in the fireplace when there was heavy rain and wind. Mark assess the possible causes. He was honest with what the possible causes could be. Excellent Service and superb work! We hired Charlotte’s Best Roofing and Restoration to repair damage to our roof caused by raccoons getting into our home. Mark and his team did an outstanding job with the repair and also did a wonderful job repairing other areas of our roof that had been damaged by weather and the elements. Far from feeling upsold, we sensed a genuine interest in the integrity and long-term value of our home from Mark and his team.
