I have not had time to really grade this product it was just installed.Installers were here jut a little over 30 min. to check alignment of gutters, install product and caulk. I did not get to talk to the installers as they were leaving as I came home.Everything may be ok. I will inspect it first chance that I can get up in better weather.I thought in would be more to the whole product/install for the price.Product looks good!

Had a good experienceMade a good deal to get the job done, workers were a little late, but did a great job. Of course I did not get on a ladder to check the whole job, but what I can see looks good. But I am not worried because I got a lifetime transferable warranty and a no clog guarantee.. Highly recommended!

After checking many reviews of companies and products, I concluded that I liked the design quality and materials used in the product that GGA-Charlotte provides. I contacted them, and Omar came out to measure lengths and give me an estimate for our job. He was very professional and personable, he showed me a sample of the product which was a better quality of design and construction (nothing plastic to deteriorate and very sturdy metal support of mesh) than I expected, and he wrote up the contract for the work.On the installation date the team arrived on time and proceeded to do the things stated in the contract. They were very efficient and got the installation done in between some rain showers on a day that I thought they would choose to postpone the work. A few days later we had a real downpour that demonstrated the effectiveness of their mesh design contour... no overflow even in a hard rain.The warranty paperwork was not left with me so I called to inquire about that. By chance I happened to get the production manager when I called. Don said that he would send me the warranty document in an email, that he was the contact for all warranty matters, and that his cell phone number was... I was amazed! Service and customer satisfaction are seldom this easily available if there is a problem! This looks like a 5 star experience, and soon the leaves will come down... I'll see if the gutters stay clear and the leaves blow away. If not, I do have a number to call. Thanks Gutter Guards America-Charlotte for a grreat experience.

On time , gave a summary of the work to be done. At the end , showed pics, of before and after. Showed sample of the Gutter Guard that they added. Gave me the paperwork to sign that showed completed service, I did not get a copy. Very nice and professional gentleman; didn’t speak much English but very nice.

Review is limited to sales. Clifford “Chip” Phillips (Cornelius, NC) presentation was informative, direct, and efficient. His delivery was refreshing in that it was without any of the gimmicks and tactics from other reps. I was able to negotiate from a realistic starting price rather than the ridiculous high-ball points of competitors. Expect honesty, sincerity, and fairness with Chip.
