Another successful project completed for us by H4H on 4/23/24. We needed to replace our weathered front porch posts, but didn't like what was available at the local home improvement stores. H4H used a picture we found online and made us something similar to use for our project. BILLY worked hard to create exactly what we wanted. THEY LOOK GREAT. Billy is very professional, personable, and his workmanship skills are AWESOME!! We are very pleased with the results and look forward to using H4H for our future home projects. They just replaced my large back deck for me. Timely quote and were good with communication throughout the process. Transparent about cost and any associated changes. Mike and Cordell were respectful of our property and asked for feedback. There were a few rails that got a bit split when drilled and they changed them out (my type A personality would have kept me up thinking about them). Hired to replace some bathroom exhaust fans and some painting. After the technician left our home, we found a window unlocked, that was locked prior to the job. Emailed the office shortly after the job was completed with this concern and got no response. Technician started to wash his paint brush in our indoor bathroom sink without asking us. I personally do not wash out paint brushes in our house. The billing rate schedule after the third whole hour was not disclosed in previous estimates or the final invoice. The hourly rate given on the estimate after the first hour was quoted as $95. The technician worked about 3 hours and 24 minutes. Upon payment, I was informed that each additional 15 minutes was $50.We did have some positive experiences. The technician was on time for the scheduled appointment. He pointed out one of the new items we purchased was an apparent re-stocked part. He did good work on the painting jobs, protecting our spaces with tarps and using a vacuum for cleanup at the end of the job.

It was our first time using Hands4Hire Professional Handymen. We needed our kitchen cabinets altered for our new range to fit. The ladies in the office were very helpful in scheduling us a time for someone to come out and give us an estimate. Mike came out and he explained how the work would be done. He took his time and answered all our questions. We were sent an estimate within a day or two. They are very reasonable in their pricing. David was the handyman who came out to our house. He was absolutely awesome! He arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job cutting our cabinets, and installing our range. I would give him 10 stars if possible, We do plan to use Hands4Hire again if we need anything else done. I would definitely recommend them if you need a handyman!

Where do I start.. What an AMAZING guy. My friends and I came up to winter park from Golden, Co to experience it’s beauty, just to get stuck in DEEP snow, in a ditch late at night. We came back in the morning to get some sand and Zack offered to help pull us out with his large truck before we had to purchase anything. He got us hooked up to his tow strap and pulled us out in less than 5 minutes! You don’t meet people like this very often. He asked for nothing in return. What a guy. VERY kind, EXTREMELY helpful. Saved us hundreds of dollars on getting a tow truck. So grateful for him this weekend. 10/10.

Hands4Hire did a number of jobs for us recently, including tearing out the old backsplash in our kitchen and retiling it with a beautiful herringbone marble pattern; taking down the poorly-done stones over the fireplace and getting it paint-ready, replacing cabinet sides that were peeling, and putting new trim under our new countertop. Dale especially did a fabulous job on the backsplash and we were so happy with his careful work and attention to detail. We also appreciated the hard work of Freddy and Rod, to get all the updates done and work around our schedule. Carrie, who schedules the work, is so friendly and gracious on the phone. I'm a retiree who purchased an older (built in '87) home last year. We've found several issues since moving in, and called H4H twice. First for a minor repair to some outdoor masonry. Then to fix a leak on our outdoor veranda, which was causing some wood rot above the area in the photo. Both jobs were done exactly as we expected. Jacob D. just replaced some damaged wood on our screened in back porch, rescreened it, and replaced the exterior trim around the porch. Hands4Hire was very accurate with their initial estimate for both the amount of time the project would take - as well as the materials needed for the job. Jacob D. was very professional, skilled, and very qualified for the project. I needed my gutters cleaned and my back steps replaced. I reached out to Hand4Hire and immediately received a response from Brittany. Jim was able to come out the following week (it was after Christmas weekend, so I didn't mind the slight delay) and provided me with a fair estimate. He also provided me with alternate quotes in case I wanted to adjust the work to be done (i.e., to have the steps painted or not). I set up the appointment, and Cordell and Mike S both arrived on time. Cordell went straight to work and finished the gutters within the hour. Mike began rebuilding the steps and raced against the incoming rain. Luckily, he was able to finish and the new steps are amazing! Sturdy, well-built, and look fantastic, so thank you Mike! I also want to say thank you to Carrie. She was professional and quick to respond to my all my questions. Overall, my experience with the entire team at Hand4Hire was fantastic, and I'd gladly recommend them to anyone who needs work done around their house!

We have used several professional venders over the past two years for various projects and this was the worst experience yet, not even close. A two day project took almost 4 months, three different "handymen", one complete redo and the project still needs attention (caulking, sanding, painting) to actually be considered complete. Poor choice of material, bad cuts and uneven surfaces led to the complete "redo" in which still is not finished. While most of the project is now level, the work is far from professional. The first two pictures are of presently existing "craftsmanship" that we get to see on a daily basis. Wooden handrails were never caulked or sanded, so we advised our children, and guests to keep clear to avoid splinters. We are totally missing a wooden support under a section of railing while a different section remains completely unpainted. Mind you it does have the original coat of paint but not the newly quoted layer to match. Ultimately, this experience has been unacceptable and disappointing.We are absolutely unsatisfied and do not recommend Hands4hire to anyone.

They replaced an exterior 2-panel door with a sliding glass door. It was tricky in that they needed to keep the glass transom above the door and re-use it. Took 2 days but that include trim and paint. Good job and great cleanup.
