I consider myself a very particular customer who requires a high level of competence and integrity from any contractor. I interviewed several roofing companies before I chose Phoenix and I was not disappointed. From beginning to end, they bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. From the minute they came on my property their level of yard protection was extraordinary. Their meticulous preparation gave me great peace of mind as they began strip off the old roof. Due to their strict attention to detail, not one plant or shrub was affected. The quality of the roof and their installation was impeccable. Of particular note was the flashing they replaced. It was difficult and time consuming but their talented technician handled it beautifully. Part of the job included replacing copper roof components and gutters. The group Denny works with was having temporary trouble with their machine that forms the new gutter sections. Denny intuitively read my expression and realized I had higher expectations. He promptly located another vendor who easily satisfied my personal standards. Communication was always timely, friendly, and professional. Denny and Steve proudly display their company name on all their state-of-the-art equipment as well they should. I give them my sincere thanks for the best job ever and highly recommend them if you need a new roof or other exterior project.

They just replaced our roof and gutters last week and we couldn’t have been happier with the job they completed. We had an issue with some leaking around bathroom vents and Juan from Phoenix came out to take a look. He was awesome! He viewed the damage from outside and from the attic and found where the vent tubing wasn’t connected correctly. He took pictures of that and also some damage where another company had done our solar panels. He voluntarily went back into the attic to fix the ductwork. He was so friendly and explained everything to me and my husband. This was not anything that Phoenix had done, so he could have just suggested we fix it on our own, but he did it for us. This is a great example of an employee that will ensure repeat customers and customers that are very likely to refer this business to friends and family. Five stars for Juan and Phoenix Exteriors!

We can’t say how glad we are that we used Phoenix for our roof project! While getting our house painted, one of the painters mentioned to us that we had some damage on the roof and recommended we get it checked out. Our neighbors had previously had a great experience with Denny at Phoenix, and shared his information with us. Denny was super quick to reply, SO friendly and knowledgeable, and truly just a breeze and joy to work with. I was brand-new to this process (we’ve never had to repair or do anything with our roof or gutters before), and I had no idea how the inspection/approval/insurance/repair process worked. That was no problem at all because Denny took care of absolutely everything and walked me through each step really clearly. We made one call to our insurance company, and literally every other step (including meeting with the inspector to make sure all his questions were answered) was handled 100% by Denny. The entire process took maybe 45 minutes of my time, TOTAL, and that includes time just chatting with Denny because he’s so friendly. He made great recommendations for the color of our roof/gutters and could point me to houses he just completed in our neighborhood using those exact colors so I could check them out in person (so helpful). The installation process took a day plus a couple hours the next day, and was the most efficient and tidy process I’ve ever seen. The team takes great measures to protect your house and landscaping and cleans up absolutely everything (I’m pretty sure our yard was neater after they finished). I know damage to plants/siding can be a concern with these projects, but to illustrate how carefully they cared for my home while working - we had all of our Christmas decorations up, including wreaths on our windows and all the lights, and not a single wreath bow was out of place or light came unplugged in the whole process. There was zero evidence they had been there besides the STUNNING new roof and gutters. We had workers build a porch on our home recently and we’re accustomed to the random nail/sawdust debris/etc. in the yard from that and thought this would be a similar experience but I'm telling you - not a single scrap of anything to be found in the yard/driveway when working with Phoenix. I thought getting the roof replaced would be great for the value of the home and obviously our keeping leaks, etc. from happening, and counted it in the necessary home keeping category, but really didn’t think it would have any aesthetic impact. WOW was I wrong! Yes, we’ve improved the safety/value of our home but also the entire home looks brand-new and so, so sharp! The fresh roof and gutters make everything look so fresh and just gorgeous. I had no idea what an upgrade it would be to the look of our home. I really thought this was a necessary project tho get checked off our list, but now it is one of my favorite upgrades we have made to the look of our home. It was also legitimately one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and call a Phoenix right now if you have even a question about something that may potentially be going on with your roof like we did (also - really do call now because we thought we had a minor issue and turns out it was a way bigger problem than we thought (and way closer to being a major leak than we thought)). Phoenix Exterior solutions just replaced my roof this week. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards, so we'll you wouldn't know anything was done earlier today. Lucus and Juan were very easy to work with. They met with the insurance company to submit the claim and scheduled the job.. The team at Phoenix (Denny, Steve, Tyler, Danny, Winston and Myles) were all great to work with. They covered everything including my pool with a new large tarp. They triple checked to make sure everything was cleaned up. They had several large magnet rollers that they ran over my yard several times to make sure all the nails were gone. The roof turned out great. They replaced some of the plywood and replaced some brick that deteriorated. Very nice people and they do a great job.
