I have tried to work with these folks for a year and a half with no solution to get this resolved. Jonathan Keating acted like he cared about my punch list item that still needs fixed. I have emailed and called, and it still not fixed. Where my eaves meets the soffit had a big gap after they replaced my roof. When EJ (the Project Manager) and I walked the house before job completion, is when we noticed it. He pointed it out to the workers and they Closed the gap by hitting it with a hammer. It wasn’t until the next storm we had that I noticed that part of the soffit fell out of the track because when they closed the gap on one side it messed up the track that holds it in. Now I am sure I have bee’s in my attic thanks to the lack of customer service from the owner. Thanks Jonathan Keating for your help with this problem that your company created!I have added pictures of the issue and screenshots of the email I received from the owner. Jonathan you and/or any representative from your company are no longer permitted on my property. I will pay someone else to fix the problem that you could have taken care of as a responsible business owner within the past year and a half.

Things you wouldn't think about like raking the yard with a magnet for nails once they finished...and again the following day as well. This company truly prides themselves on service. Being a NC Real-Estate Broker I have met my share of roofers and the representatives that work for them, I am against the pushy sales pitch that encompasses many sales driven business's. Every time I have dealt with Advanced Roofing Group or spoke with others who have they have nothing to say but GREAT things. I would not advise any other company besides Advanced Roofing Group they are truly a group of Professionals.

Around 3 pm on April 11th, myself and my husband noticed the ceiling cracking. At around 7 pm the ceiling started falling and we put post on top of the cabinet and instructed the children to stay out of the kitchen. On April 12th we had a contractor come out to access the damage and we were advised that the new roof could have something to do with it and he placed a ladder to hold the roof up, therefore we contacted the roofing company and they came out that day. The project manager took pictures and we've never seen him again. On 4/14 after not hearing from Roof King, we had a secondary contractor come out and repair the ceiling. When the ladder was removed that was holding up the ceiling, the entire ceiling came down. Once in the we were advised that a rafter was split and not repaired. We took a picture of it and sent it to Roof King. We have received a total of 1 email from an engineered , who asked for a date to come out and has never responded since we gave him the date. I have records of continues calls and text to them and no response. They are simply ignoring us.Service: Roof installation

Overall a disappointing experience with Roof King. Nothing but problems and delays during the project. Communication might as well be nonexistent. Especially after the fact trying to have someone come look at an issue with the roof. Would not recommend.
