Noticed some broken shingles on my elderly mom's house. Called Sutherlands and a crew replaced the roof, replaced a powered roof vent, new boots, remounted a tv receiver, and had the gutters reinstalled in short order. They worked with our insurance to keep it affordable for us. Couldn't be happier with the response and quality of the work. They even put matching shingles on our detached garage and little well house. They sent pictures of the finished job for my approval. Not a stray nail to be found after cleanup, too, a real bonus. Thanks so much.

Needed a rain diverter installed. Had a former roofer install one last year but he never responded to my texts. Did a quick Google search last Saturday morning, found Sutherlands, sent an email requesting a quote. They called within the hour. After explaining what I needed and sending a quick photo, I received a call that Monday morning stating Shaun would be out that afternoon to install! Shaun showed up on time and did an awesome job - super quick, super thorough and super friendly! These guys have my roofing business from here on out! Thank you Sutherlands and Shaun Clark!

I had a leak in my roof and had my friend direct me to Sutherland Exteriors LLC. Jake promptly contacted me and came out to inspect the damage and have it tarped so that the leak did not continue. As a first time homeowner, he was wonderfully clear and thorough on how to start the insurance claim process, and followed up directly with my insurance carrier to ensure they took the required steps to complete the claim. It was wonderful having someone hold my hand through an unfamiliar process.Due to the roof being 20 years old, I ultimately chose to replace it instead of pursue the claim repair. However, I would highly recommend Sutherlands Exteriors if you ever need a trustworthy company to assist you. Fantastic service!

The roofing was done swiftly. There were some corrections that had to made made with the fa=lashing, but they took care of it. Some of the caulking is a big globby--but maybe that is normal. The team was efficient, and Rudy took care of all the details. Picking a roofer is rather stressful but not with Sutherlands. We spoke with Erich who explained every step of the process and exactly what it would cost.
