Their customer service is terrible. They were just a seller for American Carports. Took no accountability for explaining exactly what needed to be done to get site specific plans. Kept saying its in the contract, which had very ambiguous language. They put me behind schedule, and pretty much said too bad not our problem. My advice would be find out who's going to do the install, and deal with them directly.

So far, our experience has been great with Christie helping us out for our building. They make the process very easy and they give you an idea what your building will look like and at an affordable price. Can’t wait to see it installed.

I'm still reserved on answer's here untill my buildings are up but so far things are going as expected. David Truban was my rep and he did many changes in setting up my buildings the way I wanted it and dozens of emails later and here we are. David was very patient with me and had a up lifting attitude so thanks to him and Millennium for helping me In designing just the right buildings for me. The manufacturer said 4-10 week deliver and set up just a few days ago. Today they called to set it up in 2 weeks.

RUN! I paid the down payment and after weeks of back and forth with there sales representative Mike Rodriguez over add ons involving extended slabs and then diagonal bracing, increasing the cost by thousands.I finally had enough jockeying around and asked for my down payment back, of corce they kept 30% of my down payment, but I'm not even that upset because I'm glad I got away from them when I did before they tacked on more delays and add ons. I paid 30% of my down payment to these clowns and learned a lesson.As an end result I went with another manufacturer, "versa tube" and couldn't be happier.I hope this saves someone the headache, stress and money loss that I encountered with millenium builders.Grant D.

Great experience dealing with Leslie. Any questions I had before and after the sale Leslie was more than willing to help. Changed my building plan 3 different times and it was no big deal. Would defiantly use Millennium Buildings again. Awaiting delivery and installation will update review thenUpdate: after about 3 months we got it installed and have had it several weeks and loving it. Couldn’t be happier with the building or the installers. Had alittle issue with Carolina Carports representative for my area they kept changing due to them not being there anymore but luckily Leslie Hamm with Millennium Buildings was always there to answer my email and get me a update. Hate that it took so long but considering how thing are with the pandemic I guess it’s kinda to be expected definitely would use Millennium Buildings and Carolina Carpots again

My wife lost her job unexpectedly last week and Millennium Buildings has refused to refund our deposit of $4,200 after mutlitple attempts of pleading for a refund. Not mention, how they treated me as a veteran in this situation. Christmas and the New Year will be a struggle.

Millennium buildings was great to deal with. They had very good pricing and were responsive to any changes I had. It was also very easy to sign and pay the deposit online. They connected us with 5 star metal buildings which also did a phenomenal job and had our entire 20’x30’ building up within 5 hours. After our slab was ready and we notified them, they came to install within 2 weeks, when they had originally quoted us something more like 7 weeks once the sight was ready. The crew they sent out worked great together and were respectful. I cannot recommend them enough and will be letting anyone I know who’s looking for a building supplier to head here!!
