Update 4/2/24: Hailey came out and replaced shingles. Very detailed oriented and professional.Update 1/12/24: Shingle came back off with a heavy storm. Left voicemail, hopefully someone can come back out.Need 1 shingle replaced. Called one company and the guy said $500, another company said they were too busy to come and look. Called Koala's 800 number yesterday and customer service said they would send the tech a message and they would give me a call. She called the same day and said they could come out today. Texted me with a time and were very prompt. Looked at it and said it was no problem to replace right now. I already had the shingles but you cant even tell. They could have given me a quote just to make money but they didnt. Honest roofing company in Edenton, NC. Will definitely be calling Erin back in a few years.

Very professional team, came out and knocked out our 2000 sf roof in a single day, working around 4 skylights. Stripped old shingles, patched some decking, and installed new shingles, with no mess left behind. Tiffany was our liaison, friendly, helpful and kept us informed of when the job would start and how it should go. I highly recommend Koala Roofing for the outstanding job they do.

Super great company to work with! The website has a ton of information about their roofing and solar services (and they do siding too!) and I especially liked being able to see previous examples of their work to know what I was getting in to. All that information plus them not charging anything to do an estimate on what I needed made it an easy choice to go with them over other options. 100% would recommend using these guys!

I googled roofing companies in the area and Koala came up so I went to the website. Quick response and the website has alot of information. I would call to explain terms you may not know. Everyone there is knowledgeable about roofing and was a great help! Affordable pricing! Highly recommended.

I got quotes from several roofers, both local and regional. I chose Koala Roofing and am happy with the result. My primary contact was Tiffany and she was fantastic. She's very busy, but I could always rely on her to get back to me with answers. This was the only roofer who provided photos of other local roof jobs they've completed so that I could see the exact kind of roof I wanted before moving forward with the job. Even though it was a wet Spring, they worked with me to get the full job done in a timely manner and kept the house dry! They also share photos of the job as it progresses. This was very helpful so I could follow along with the progress each day.
