First, Mike the salesman was excellent. He answered all my questions and was thorough. He responded quickly when I text or returning a phone call. The scheduling department was very efficient and communicated well. Lastly, the crew that assembled the building worked hard each day and I am so happy with this building. I wish I could choose 4½ stars. There were a few misunderstandings, but overall, Viking Steel and Best Choice Metal Structures did their very best to get us our 30'x40' garage delivered by the end of this year. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome, and am especially impressed with the 3 man crew which came up from NC to give us our perfect garage. These amazing gentlemen worked tirelessly in the cold rain for 2 days. They had a seamless working system and every bolt and screw is perfectly placed, all materials arrived in perfect condition, and they left our yard as they found it. They communicated with one another, never taking a misstep. It was a phenomenon to watch them work-which my husband and I stayed outside a lot to do, feeling terrible they were in such inclement weather. The men were polite, friendly, and just plain nice.We had a very poor time with our concrete guy, so to have Viking Steel, Best Choice, and the magnificent contractors deliver such a magnificent building, any small negatives are far outweighed by the positives.

Overall I would highly recommend Best Choice Metal Structures! Their scheduler Esme was amazing - super communicative and informative. She really helped the entire process. There was a big April snowstorm and we needed to push the date. She also provided an option that saved nearly $200 and a lot of coordinating by letting us know we could pay the installers directly vs. ordering a lift.The onsite team was great - very focused and worked quickly. The reason for the 4 stars is just the door to the building (not the roll up garage door but the full size door) does not close all the way. Luckily my husband is a carpenter and he can fix this but it would worry me if someone didn't have that luxury.They were great to work with all around though and I would definitely recommend!

I would like to start by saying I am very happy with the finished product and the work of the actual installers SR Installations out of Dobson NC. Minus the somewhat cheap garage doors where the locks will have to be modified to even work the building itself is solid, and looks very nice.I originally purchased the building from Big Buildings direct who subbed it out to Best Choice. I gave my down payment 2/27 and it was finally installed exactly 8 months later on 10/27.As far as their office goes be prepared to reach out to them for every update. They will not be calling you with them.Miraculously every time I reached out they were a computer mouse click away from the answer. I’m never the “squeaky wheel gets the grease guy”. But it was the only option here. Which was even admitted to me by one of the employees. Minus Patricia at the end with the scheduling. She was very on top of it for me and called with frequent updates.My main issue was my town required site specific drawings. Pray your town doesn’t. You’ll be waiting 5-6 weeks and have to pay an extra $3500 for over engineered junk that will also lead to extra costs from your concrete contractor if they’re even able to do it to the plans. Which nobody was. Took almost a month to get in contact with the engineer to get them to adjust our plans to something that made any sense.I’ve never left a bad review in my life.

Purchased a building from Best Choice Metal Structures to serve as garage/shop for my construction company, we are in the roofing, siding, and remodeling business. Within one year of installation the roof had 5+ leaks that would allow water in every rain or snowstorm. This building was installed in Nov. 2022 and started leaking in less than one year. I reached out to customer service who refused to acknowledge the issue stating that my problem was “out of warranty”. In my opinion as a building contractor, having a roof assembly failure in less than one year is a fundamental issue with either the roofing product, installation method, or both. See pictures attached of buckets placed to collect rainwater inside my garage. Unfortunately, in my case some of the water that entered the building caused mold growth.

I could not have been more pleased with the workers at Best choice metal structures in Elkins , NC they do execellent work. Everything is lined up perfect and leveled exact. It took two guys two days and they were finished, I am well pleased and amazed how fast they did it.

y overall experience with Best Choice Metal structures was pretty good .Ease of ordering the building was good gave me plenty of options they went over the order several times to ensure it was correct and what I wanted, after waiting for the building to be fabricated I got a call scheduling it to be constructed on the second week of January and the crew was on the site at 7:30 starting the construction they worked tirelessly what impressed me about the crew was after putting the frame up the concrete had some overhang instead of just installing the panels and making them fit they took the time to tell me about it and they needed to trim it I was very satisfied with the crew and the quality of the building .The only concern is a little better communication on how the process works Thanks Frank

Finished product is great! The installers, GLZ Metal Structures were professional, efficient and skilled at their jobs. We appreciated them continuing to work in some harsh Maine weather. Communicating with Best Choice Metal Structures was sometimes difficult as we dealt with multiple schedulers.

Every division of this company performed their part in a totally professional manner. Esme at company headquarters was exceptional every time I communicated with her. She made sure I was kept informed of each process and made me feel like I was a valued customer. From start to finish very it was a very good experience. Communication was top notch. Anytime we had questions we were able to talk to a person. They not only double checked the order before shipping but when they arrived, we went over the order again to make sure we got exactly what we ordered and wanted. We had an issue with the side entry door. Nothing major but it was dinged up a bit in shipping. One phone call and it was taken care of. The crew that did the construction were great. They were fast and efficient. They paid attention to detail and everything came out great. Will definitely order from best choice metal structure again if we ever need something else.

Had a great experience. All questions were answered fairly quickly whether on the phone or thru messenger. My only complaint would be with the contractor in that they left trash in my yard from their lunch and decided to feed the neighbors dog.
