We’re very pleased with our building. Byron was awesome to work with. He helped us with the entire process from start to finish. Ours was a little different because we opted to go with a wood floor and Byron was awesome in helping us get the approval and the specs we needed. The guys who came to install it were very knowledgeable and fast. They put it together in 12 hours. From start up to clean up. Very impressive. The whole process was about 90 days. Contacted Mario we talked on the phone about different styles of building,I went to the office and finalized the changes to the build with Mario everything went great . The building was ready in a few weeks, set up a delivery date the building was installed in a couple days very pleased with the costumer service from start to finish. The build is very nice and well made would recommend to anyone who wants a building.

First, the building is great. The crew that installed it was also great. Luckily, I speak a little Spanish and we found common ground. Very polite, very professional and very neat. I couldn't have asked for better. Edgar is the man you want.Second, the building skin showed up the wrong color. I communicated this to two people at the company. Crickets. To this day I haven't been contacted. I was told by the company that they prefer to communicate through their dealers, which I did as they will attest. Still got it wrong. Luckily, we love the color (black on black). We were afraid to send the crew away so we told them to proceed. I had blocked out time from work and rescheduling would have been a nightmare. Great field work, lousy company communication.

If we could give 10 STARS we would. The crew that put our building up was very professional, very organized and kept a very clean work site. The quality of their work is exemplary. We love the building, and it will serve for many uses especially family gatherings. I will add photos from another computer. This has been my husbands life dream to have a building like this. Boss Buildings is the way to go. They drew up the design like we wanted and gave an affordable quote and not long after this process the building was going up. Great team and great customer service. Mario and his team were very helpful. The website was the clearest and easiest which lead me to designing and calling for further closing the deal. Also the price was very low and other companies I enquired with had an impossible time competing. After I made a design I was ready to close, so I thought. I made a few changes even after the initial signing and it was inconvenient for them but the patiently understood and made it happen. Love this company and the product is EXTREMELY QUALITY. My friends and associates are very impressed as am I. I love this building and haven’t the faintest regret. Thank you Boss Buildings!

I usually don’t do business with out of state vendors, but I must say that this was a good experience, ordered building (30x50x14) with 12x30 lean to, around the 1st of July, had problems with getting my pad completed, finished concrete pad around the 1st of October, scheduling staff had an install cancel and worked me in the 1st week of November, installation crew was professional and courteous and knowledgeable, completed installation in 2 days and worked very hardI will be doing business with this company again for a barndo build or another building similar to what I have now, thanks for restoring my faith in doing business with out of state businesses!D SparksRinggold, Ga

I ordered my building the end of November 23, with the anticipated delivery date in mid-February. Building was delivered and installed the 3rd week of February. All communications with Boss staff were courteous. Oscar and crew did a great job assembling my building. They were very friendly, polite, and diligent. Their professionalism to ensure the building was square and assembled correctly was evident. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to order from Boss (North Carolina Carport subsidiary).

Big Thanks to Boss Buildings "Bryon" for helping me make the right choices for my new garage. These are not cheap purchases and should not be rushed into, sometimes changes to bldg designs are necessary. Bryon changed my order three times before settling on final plan. He was more than patient with me and very courteous and professional. The pricing was more than competitive with other companies and did save me $$. Thanks for the help, I'll let you know how the bldg turns out. Tim

Boss Buildings themselves were wonderful to work with. Very nice and professional, the installation crew on the other hand was not. They showed up a day later than scheduled which wasn’t a huge problem but they showed up at noon wearing shorts in 30 degrees and wanted additional money upfront to install our building. When we said just leave it and we will install it ourselves they told us that they couldn’t do that. Tried telling us our concrete pad wasn’t level enough. After getting a level of our own out and showing them that it was level they still wouldn’t listen. They refused to do anything until more money was paid upfront. The crew is a subcontractor and very sketchy. Not Boss Buildings fault at all they tried to help us anyway possible. While on the phone with Boss Buildings to try to figure it out the crew just left.Update still don’t have my building scheduled for installation and communication with the scheduler is terrible and she is making things very difficult. I feel like this should be a priority since there crew refused to do the install and just left. We didn’t hire the crew they did and are responsible for them.

I called them and got a hold of Travis in the sales department in November. Went the process and unfortunately had a major job change.. I have been calling, calling, texting , and calling again. As soon as I told Travis about my issues in January, and since then, he has ghosted me. They have my deposit and would gladly work with them, but no one calls me... can someone please help me.. thanks in advance...

My experience with this company has been very regrettable. Many installations have led to water leakage and other issues. Panels were installed incorrectly, screws missed the frame and others were so tight, they allowed water penetration. Many frame concerns with gouges out of them here and there due to carelessness. The crew was young and very inexperienced. All metal buildings really come down to the installers as the materials are all the same from every company. We were assured by our sales person that they take extra care with the install which is why we went with this company. Buyers beware! This company is just doing business as another company NC Carports and garages as they want to reduce the likelihood that people will see the reviews and complaints on BBB for that company. We attempted to reach out to them many times about the install issues; after multiple communications, we had asked for some additional building supplies for us to fix the issues ourselves as we did not want another inexperienced installation crew to come out to our property again, however, they won't even get back to us. Additionally, a metal panel flew off of their trailer in our driveway during a bad storm (nothing was tied down) and our car incurred $3500 worth of damage to it. Moving on to BBB complaint.

I've been working with Teresa Pack and she's been great . She has been the only person that has responded to me about getting a building built out of a few different companies . I've had her change the size a couple of times along with colors , and location of doors and everything until I was pleased with size , price , colors and all . I wish zero stars was an option. You never talk to the same person, zero customer service, and they are in no rush to help you. Our building came with multiple dents, scratches, and now a leaky roof and they refuse to come fix it. On top of that they won’t even give us a discount. Terrible company. I regret ever using them and recommend them to nobody. Please use someone else!!!!!

Teresa Pack was so professional and helpful throughout the process of decision-making and ordering the building for my work shop! It took several months bc I am a cancer patient and had issues, including a hospitalization, but we eventually got it finalized. She was very patient and understanding and offered some excellent pointers along the way, as well as made sure I was getting the best price at the time I finally placed the order — from my hospital bed. Her explanations and diagrams were very thorough. She is very knowledgeable and was a sheer pleasure to work with and made the entire experience quite simple. Teresa is certainly a valuable asset to the Boss Buildings team!I am looking forward to the delivery and watching the setup.
