My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Susanne Moore as our general contractor. Susanne is professional and well trained. We interviewed 4 contractors and chose Susanne without hesitation. Our build was complicated by a number of factors, and Susanne was always able to find the right solutions, with creative and innovative ideas, always with an eye on the budget. Susanne’s billing for the project was transparent, as she provided spreadsheet details and complete documentation of services and expenses.We found Susanne to be very creative with her ideas and designs, always making tasteful and reasonable suggestions. We live 500 miles from our North Carolina build, and we found we could trust Susanne to get things done. Communication was not always immediately available dut to poor cell and internet service in the area, but we worked around it. I would not hesitate to hire Susanne for our next building project!

I have had a very disappointing experience with this company. I wish I could rate it zero stars. My family had Susanne Moore come out to our house on Lake Glenville last fall to see if her company could help us with a remodel and to bid on the job. She returned a second time with her brother so we thought she was interested in working with us. We were under the impression she would get back to us over the winter. We hadn't heard anything by January and since we were traveling out to the area I suggested via an email getting together for an update. There was no response so I sent a second email and left a phone message. I never heard back. After 4 more weeks I sent an email suggesting she was no longer interested in working with us since I never heard from her and asked if she would at least provide us with the courtesy of letting us know for sure so we could move on with our renovation plans. To this day I have never heard a word. I am a business owner myself and in my opinion this lack of action is both unprofessional and uncaring. My experience has shown me that how you are treated initially is how you will be treated ongoing. I can only imagine what working with this business would have been like. I do not recommend this company for your construction needs.

Read the reviews, if she does not call you back, probably not the person you want to hire. I have been a general contractor for many years and I speak to everyone even if the job is not right.
