I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience I’ve had with Aurora Pro Services. Replacing a roof is an enormous investment, but somehow Aurora made the whole process fun, engaging, and successful. Sales, dispatch, labor, products, punctuality - everything is top-notch. Monday morning my hot water heater started leaking. Oscar Lopez, owner of Aurora, is a member of the Rotary Club of Greensboro with me. He was the first person I thought to call. Tanya in the office scheduled plumbers Anthony and Darren to look at the unit that afternoon. They were helpful, cared about my comfort and presented the replacement and pricing options available to make the best buying decision. Then they returned Wednesday at 9am to complete the installation. This company and associates genuinely cared about me and prayed over my family before leaving. Highly recommend!

Anthony & Darren were great. My plumbing leak was identified quickly and resolved. Very impressed with the entire experience. I would recommend to others & will certainly look to Aurora Pro Services for future home care needs.I also called to have heating & air ducts cleaned due to heavy smoking in the house. Their solution is very thorough & I am confident that there will be no residual cigarette smoke fumes - especially important after painting. Justin explained all the processes very well so that I really understand.

Aurora Pro Services Technicians and customer service are the best you are going to find anywhere. I called them out to repair the work done to my unit by my warranty company and have been using them ever since. Steven and Noah came out to service my heat pump yesterday and did an excellent job. Steven has been to my house twice now. He answers all my many questions and educates me about the unit like he's talking to a friend. He'll tell you it's because he treats everyone like family, and that's true. When a company has the right priorities and takes care of its employees, it shows. Every technician I have met has been professional, friendly, and dedicated to providing the highest level of service. Even my dogs approve.

Excellent work. Had my hvac replaced called them and they work with my schedule to get a estimate and very quick on coming back to replace everything with new. Everyone I talk to on the phone or in person very nice and respectful and had no issues. Would definitely recommend.

very helpful after hours call due to electrical concern, arranged quick appointment.Technician (Merlin) was prompt, patient and very thorough in diagnosing the problem. Gave me a quick course on circuit breaker function. He was able to locate needed part and perform repair quickly & professionally. Also took time to review house electric and made some recommendations to upgrade.2nd time I’ve called Aurora and very pleased with this company’s work.

Anthony and Darren came out promptly. They were very polite, thoughtful, thorough. I clearly need a new water heater. The estimate was higher than I was expecting and could not commit to the cost without investigating all options. I understand that this company is employing multiple crews and part of the higher cost is having a full staff that can go to peoples homes quickly and service a lot of different areas. Though I was not in a place today to commit to the water heater replacement, the experience was a good one. I even spoke with Oscar and he was understanding of my position and did try to assist with the pricing. I appreciated their help and professionalism. I had to shut down all the water due to the area of the leak. My electrician came and got my cold water running because they could not do that without committing to the contract, which is understandable as it required some work to accomplish. I have a new water heater scheduled to be installed on Monday, but wanted to leave a review to say if your circumstances are different than mine, certainly call aurora services. I have an hvac that will need to be replaced at some point and I will call aurora services for an estimate for replacement. Thank you Anthony, darren and Oscar. We might not be doing business for this job, but you’re certainly on the list for other jobs.

Our roof looks fabulous!! Great job! Love this company! Al was wonderful. Prices were great considering the high quality and awesome warranty!Had to add something to this review this morning. We thought our gutters had been leaking. When it rained the water hitting our heat pump was so loud you could barely sleep. It rained last night and all we heard was rain going down the gutter. I am so very thankful for the excellent work of my technician, Steven, from Aurora Pro Services. He has been thorough and diligent, working hard to help me find solutions to problems I’ve been facing with my HVAC system, here in my home. I was impressed that they always had the necessary tools on hand and extensive HVAC and home repair experience to draw from.Although my house is a mobile home — there are a lot of mobile homes in my area — Steven and Aurora Pro Services have such dedication to their tasks that I am sure they would achieve great results, working on any type of home. $481.00. That's how much this company charged to change 2 outlets. They were supposed to change only one, but the tech needed to justify the bill so he found another outlet to fix. 20 minutes of work for $481. Beware!

I used Aurora Pro Services to install a backup safety kit and a power inlet for my generator and also they upgraded my circuit breakers. Johnathan was very helpful by suggesting what I needed to be done to accomplish my goal for back up power for my house. The office staff was very polite to talk to, they made you feel very at ease. The team that was sent out were on time and very professional. They made sure everything was working properly before they left. After the job was done Johnathan came back to make sure all work was done properly. They are a rip off company. They tell you one thing on the phone then wanna charge you different when they come out. What they charge me to find the problem another company found and fixed the problem for 1200 dollar cheaper. It's a shame and a disgrace it's companies out here like this, we'll I've seen all the reviews and maybe the are for a more high end client unlike myself. Then after charging me so much they didn't even leave a bill under handed practice. Ineed to file a report with the BBB, They are horrible....

Greensboro Customer service has always been friendly and courteous. We have had HVAC service calls by both Steven James and Enrique DeLaCruz Dominguez. Both men were very efficient and took their time to perform diagnosis of current issues and potential problems as well as install new parts. They took time to explain to me solutions in terms I understood. I am happy to recommend Aurora HVAC services to others.

Don’t use this crooked company !!! On 1 occasion quoted a job 10x what it should have cost. Quote was $3 000.- for a roof repair and had it done through an honest company for $300.-On another job their quote was for a new heat pump at $18 000.- when all it needed was a coil repair for which an honest company did for under $1 000.-

Anthony went above and beyond to help us in out time of need. He worked professionally and over/beyond expectations to find the problem. He found and fixed the problem. We had service back after without for two days. We are grateful for the companies service and help.
