Josh came out and inspected our roof and suggested that we contact our insurance company for possible insurance claim. He met the adjustor and went on roof and it was determined that there was hail damage and our insurance covered the cost of the new roof. We did have another roofer give an estimated prior to Josh and they never suggested contacting our insurance company. Had it not been for Josh and his willingness to come out and review the situation with the adjustor, we would have been saddled with the entire cost of the new roof. Once everything was settled with which roof we wanted, the whole process went smoothly. The installers showed up exactly when they said and the new roof was on in a very timely manner. There was no mess left in the yard and we could not be anymore happy with the roof. It looks great everything was done as promised. Josh came back out on day of completion and inspected everything and made sure we were satisfied with the work. We highly recommend Old Timers Roofing to anyone in need of a quality roof and honest dependable people to handle the job.Thank you - Josh and Ryan!

The poorest service even. They can't keep project managers. We to call the owner to get workers to show up on jobsite. The lady that help us the most is not with the company now. Don't hear from noone in month .We have to get a law firm involved. Only then , I reached out to us. Now trying to get us to paid for work they didn't do. That has been going for almost a year. I will say the work that was complete is good. That company is in a bad place right now. I hope they get help soon. I talked with the owner a few times. Seems to be a very nice guy. But now he won't ever talk to us. I call him. His new assistant answered the phone. Not sure she knows the history behind that claim. Also she seems to be a very nice lady.

I can not say enough about the quality workmanship and professional of this company. We had our entire roof and Gutter guard's replaced. The process from beginning to end was seemless. Cecilia, the Public Relations Director did all of the leg work coordinating with our Insurance company. All workers were very polite and hard working and the clean up was immaculate. I had extensive hail damage on my roof. I talked to my insurance company, and they gave me a run around. I see Old Timers working in my area. I stopped and talked to one of their superintendents and he came to my home and looked at my roof and agreed that I had a lot of damage. He then sent an Old Timers salesperson to my home. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Old Timers told me that they would handle everything from here on with my insurance company, and they did. The contract was simple, not confusing. The process didn’t take long. Within a month I had a completely new roof. The roof looks amazing. I called this roofing company to come out to assess our roof and give a quote on a new one if needed. They did send a very nice person and he got up on the ladder and marked chalk where we supposedly had hail damage.He then proceeded to tell me they could put in a claim to our insurance and their company would handle it all. I got a second opinion from another reputable company and they said there was not enough damage from hail they could see.I then wrote to Old timers 2 times to just give me a quote on a new roof and I have not heard anything back.They seem to be big on the insurance end of things which is fine if it was needed but I do not understand why they would not want the business when someone is asking for a plain quote on a new roof.

I had a tree fall on my house and had no idea how to coordinate all the different contractors I would need much less deal with the insurance company. I hired Old Timers Roofing and Louis my project manager stepped in and took care of everything. He kept me informed along the way but I had to do nothing but sit back and watch the repairs come together. They dealt directly with the insurance company and multiple contractors. I couldn't have asked for a better job. My roof damage was the result of a tree falling on the house, and they had all the people necessary to handle everything. They dealt with the impossible, rude insurance people for me, and contracted the tree service to remove the tree and installed the new roof, all in one! Five minutes after I decided to go with them and my wonderful customer relations agent made the call, my driveway was swarmed with five vehicles; photographing damage for insurance, estimating roofing supplies, taking measurements and doing estimates on the trees...FIVE minutes! These guys are the A-Team of handling storm damage and roof installation. I even had a couple of very special requests that I had no idea they could pull off, but I just threw them out there to see, and they made me a promise it would get done, and they stayed 100% true to their word. I couldn't be happier with every single aspect of my experience. I didn't think companies like this still existed. OK, I’m an appreciative guy who ABSOLUTELY KNOWS a quality job and over the top service. I had my roof replaced a month or so ago by Old Timers Roofing (OTR). When they say they are “insurance claims specialists”, they aren’t kidding! I had several slow, long-term roof leaks that occurred because the last roof replacement in 2008 was done incorrectly just before we bought the house. They pointed this out to my insurance company and got it covered! Unbelievable! Josh, a partner with OTR, was absolutely THE BEST!! I’ve referred Josh to everyone I know. The service and quality workmanship of OTR is second to none. Working with Josh is like working with the concierge at The Ritz Carlton in Buckhead in Atlanta! Seriously! Josh and his team were always two or more steps ahead of me with this installation. I literally sat back and THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING. If you’ve got a roof that needs replacing, call OTR. They know the dates in the past where hail and wind caused damage. I never had to talk to my insurance company. THEY DID IT ALL!! I am so thankful I found Old Timers Roofing!! They replaced the shingle roof, copper awning and a section of EPDM flat roof on my home. They did an outstanding job on all of it! I contacted Old Timers Roofing and Zac came out to inspect our roof the same day. He was honest about our roofs condition, and though it will need replacement within the next few years due to age, there was not any storm damage as we originally thought. Zac was a great guy, friendly and did I mention honest! He went over the issues of our roof concerning the age, what could possibly be involved in replacing it, and wasn't aggressive about hiring them immediately. We intend to work the cost of replacement into our budget by the end of this year and will definitely be using this company.

Working with dedicated professional such as Trae Hill and Elias Bravo will keep the home owners in the loop as to what to expect in every step of the process of repairs to your home. Once the crew comes on site to put the roof on your home it's not just a couple of guys, it's an whole Army, very impressive! Each and every one is a roofer, and they worked as a team and definitely knew their job ... and within a day, we had a beautiful, new roof on our home! But it doesn't stop there. As I said, we had the tornado in our small community on April 28th, which caused a lot of damage to many homes within this area. So our home is but one of many.
