Our home was damaged by the storm on 8/15. A several hundred year old white oak was replanted on the front of our home. The response from RestorePro was amazing! Within a few hours of this destructive storms end...the tree was being removed, only to uncover the severe damage to our home. The tree removal was done, and debris was removed, by the most professional, kind, understanding, and talented machine operators!! I had an amazing experience with RestorePro. Everyone has been amazing to make the process of fixing a water leak in my daughter's room that caused the ceiling to cave and the floor to be damaged. They are fast at responding and efficient at the work they do. I appreciate everyone that has been involve. Especially, David and Jonathan who did our mitigation to remove any damaged parts of the ceiling/flooring and lessen any further damage. This was bigger job than the originally thought and handled it perfectly. I will be using and recommending this company for any future needs.

Team manager, Phil Wallace was assigned to my Insurance claim when my water heater sprung a leak that was NOT repairable, and the water heater needed to be replaced. Since my insurance doesn’t cover the heater itself, just the damage involve with the flooding of the area in which the water heater was located, first they had to stop the leaking by shutting off my water, then they had to cleanup and mitigate the water damage. Phil woke me up at 0700 Wednesday morning to say a technician would be arriving at my house between 0800-0900 that morning. He made multiple miscalculations in setting up the initial appointment for the assessment and mediation, misjudging the arrival time his team could make by nearly 3 hours, because he failed to consider that the MANDATORY team meeting all employees had to attend that same morning would push all their appointment times out by an hour, that it might run over (and adjust appointments appropriately to prevent his teams from absolutely being unable to arrive on time), and to allow the ONE-hour equipment CLEAN up time all techs are supposed to have PRIOR to loading their trucks to start their appointments. Phil also neglected to factor in the follow-up visit the tech assigned to MY appointment, Ryan, had to make to another job site PRIOR to heading to my house, and that he had to pick up and clean up the equipment they needed to retrieve from THAT house because it was needed at MY house. Then he decided to delegate to Ryan the necessity of calling me AFTER 9AM, when he was already late for the 8-9 window Phil had set up with me, and left Ryan to explain why he was not only already late, but that he was going to be even later arriving at my house because he had to go to another job site to do a follow up and then take equipment from that house to bring to mine. Managers shouldn’t force their team members to have to account for bad decisions made by the managers…they should take responsibility for THEIR mistakes and bad judgement. RYAN was completely professional, thorough in his duties and actions. Phil failed to consider all the various factors involved in getting my claim job started, failed to take responsibility for his choices as the MANAGER of his team, and then tried to make excuses for himself and his actions/choices when I called him to account for them. He’s not been quick to follow up with me when the next step is required, I’ve had to contact him myself to prod him into taking action efficiently to avoid any unnecessary details and hassles complicating my life while it’s on pretty much on hold, like my water has been shut off. He has persistently argued with me when I call to question what the next step is & when to expect action, or appointments to be set, saying that he’s not in charge of the next step, and can’t make the next person involved call me. I’ve explained to him that if he’s got his customer’s best interests in mind for the big picture, then if HE stays on top of all the details he can, and gives a HEAD’s UP to the next team that needs to SET UP an Appointment with me, then I’ll be satisfied that he’s done his due diligence. A manager who only looks at his own small circle of responsibilities and does NOT see an opportunity to create a POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE experience by reaching out to overlapping team managers with an alert to the progress his team has made, so the next step and next appointment can be set up quickly and efficiently, that manager is not only NOT providing good customer service, he’s NOT someone who will create a positive and productive environment for his team, because he’s micro-managing but not able to see outside the narrow scope of his own duties. He totally dismissed my concerns about mold potential due to all the flooding &repeat flooding from a previous old tank wanter heater flooding my hallway and heater closet. I’m allergic to mold, his response was to wipe water down a bit, spray some chemicals on & tell me that’s all it takes to mitigate mold, despite the fact that the drying out process was NOT complete!Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Our toilet line unexpectedly burst on October 3rd while we were not home for a few hours. By the time we came home it was raining in our living room from the toilet upstairs and part of the ceiling had fallen. RestorePro Greensboro began pulling things out that evening to start the drying process. We really enjoyed getting to know Kevin with the demo team and having his guidance while we were faced with events we had never dealt with before. He was also very helpful meeting with our insurance adjuster that was assigned to us. Once the demo was done we had Leslie to work with on pricing. She was also very knowledgeable when it came to the process and fighting for what we needed to be covered by insurance. After this part was agreed to we could begin work on rebuilding. Our project manager was Drake and he took great care of us. He helped with all questions, kept us updated on timeline, and helped push things through when needed. Our family was able to move back in right before Christmas like Drake promised me he'd make happen. We have 3 small children who had been uprooted from our home so as a parent this made a big difference to me. Everyone we encountered throughout this process was very helpful and professional. So excited to share this review! After a home invasion, we were in a state of shock, not knowing what to do next. Our insurance company hooked us up with Restore Pro Reconstruction to secure our home after the break-in. They were here immediately (almost before I could put down the phone from the insurance people)! They immediately secured us so that we at least slept better that 1st night. But then, when I tell you, they followed up and took care of us every step of the way afterwards, believe it! Our project manager, Marvin Austin, made sure that each part of the process was understood and carried out to our satisfaction. Professionals all the way.
