Ethan and his team were wonderful from start to finish. Ethan explained all the options clearly, answered all my questions patiently, gave input when I asked, and respected my desires and preferences. He got me scheduled right away, and the men did excellent work. I have a very steep roof, so they had to wear rappelling equipment and be very careful. Even so, they got the entire job done in one day, and it looks amazing. Best of all, the warranty ensures that I won't be paying for another roof for a very long time (for my entire life if I stay in this house). Justin was then very helpful and on top of the financial end of things. Mine was the experience everyone should have when making such a big purchase. Thank you, Southern National!

My wife and I are the second owners of our home that was built in 1970 which we purchased in 2011. We aren't sure when the original owners last replaced the roof but that necessary expense was going to happen in the distant future. Last week the distant future suddenly became very close. A young man from Southern National rang our doorbell. As much as I wanted to tell him that I was not interested in what he was selling, it dawned on me that I needed to listen to him and consider the strong possibility that it was time to replace the roof. I had a chance to get an estimate from a local competitor but after reading mostly great reviews from other consumers, I chose to work with Southern National because they presented compelling evidence that we needed the new roof and that they could keep the job affordable. This past Monday their crew arrived by 7 a.m. and they were methodical, careful of our garden and very tidy. It was a great day to perform this job. They finished by 3:00 that afternoon within fifteen minutes before the light rain began. The roof looks great and I highly recommend Southern National.

Southern National Roofing completed my home's roof replacement with my preferred GAF brand shingles and underlayment in only one day! I preferred the 50 year warranty with GAF shingles and GAF products, and I like the Veteran discount I received when GAF roofing products are used! The GAF warranty can be transferred to a new owner if I sell my home.Southern National Roofing provided proof of Insurance, of their Contractors license, and their certification from GAF as a Master Elite Roofing Contractor.The Southern National Roofing hard working crew started on a cold morning and finished their clean-up when the sun was setting. The work crew was very polite and friendly. They placed plenty of tarps all around the house to catch roof debris. They covered my air conditioning unit to protect it. They had to remove my satellite dish from the roof and they reinstalled it very accurately. I did not require a realignment of my satellite dish! They also take photos of roof damage they find, so the home owner can view it. This is the best experience I have had with roof shingles replacement!Thank You Southern National Roofing for a job well done!

Outstanding service and installation! From the start to the finish, Southern National was top-notch. We requested a free quote, and our sales representative was out the next business day! He wasn't pushy and was informative regarding the installation process and quality that Southern National provides. Once we decided and scheduled our installation, we had a new roof within a week. The installers were quick and finished the installation in one day on about a 1000-square-foot house. They cleaned the yard of all the debris and made it safe for our dogs to roam. I would highly recommend Southern National!

Ethan was very thorough in explaining what was needed and why in language that was easy to understand. Once purchased, the work crew came out and installed the entire roof and gutters in a single day and then cleaned up all debris. We were left with the best looking roof in the neighborhood at a very reasonable price. Good experience. This is the first time my husband and I purchased a roof for our home and the decision was made because of the great, service, warranty, and flexible paying options. The roof was installed while we were on vacation. There was some debris left in your yard, very minimal. I did have yard chairs moved to areas and Also one of my landscape lights was broken. I should have moved that lighting . Those mishaps were due to the finishing company not the installation. After those concerns were discussed the concern was resolved. However the service and installation was great. They called to inform us of some damage and they took care of that. Overall I was satisfied with price, quality , and installation.

Awesome job by the Southern National team with my roof replacement! They removed old attics fans and installed the ridge vent system in addition to the full roof replacement. Apparently, our 1200 sq ft house has a complicated roof with over 20 different facets and all of the quotes we received were very painful. We needed to have it replaced by October or we would lose our homeowner's insurance and Southern National came in, gave us a quote, and were working on our roof within about a week of first contact. Zack did our quote and he was wonderful. He answered all the questions we had and even some we didn't even think to ask. We didn't feel pressured into signing a contract and they were willing to work with us for a couple of things that we needed to accomplish once the old roof was off, before the new roof went on. They started about 7 or 8 in the morning and they were pulling out of our driveway at 7 that night with the whole roof done. They were very courteous and did a decent job cleaning up the yard. We've found a few roofing nails in the front yard over the last few weeks but they weren't magnetic so they got missed with the magnet they swept through the yard; not a big deal (we had so many leaves in our yard they were very easy to miss). We had a couple of hiccups with financing but that wasn't anything that Southern National did. We got the financing sorted while the roof was being put on. There was a slight miscommunication with regards to replacing some of the sheeting, but I'm pretty sure that was something I misunderstood from the beginning. It turned out to be fortunate that Southern National Roofing came to our door, because my wife and I had forgotten how old our shingles were and hadn’t had an inspection for a while. After the roof’s condition was pointed out to us, we could see the need for a new one.Ethan, who came to our home, spent lots of time with us. He did a good inspection inside our attic for any signs of leakage. After doing an outside measurement of our roof’s requirements, he took time to explain all aspects of what Southern National could provide and all the choices we had according to quality of material, our needs, and our affordability. Ethan was very personable and friendly. He gave us confidence that we were in good hands. There was a beautiful selection of shingles to choose from. And Ethan did his best to give us advice and give us our best deal. One other thing we liked was that Ethan assured us he would make sure our flowers and plants were respected and not harmed by the roofers since we had specially requested such. And that turned out to be true.Before the roofing occurred, we also communicated with Justin, in their main office, and he was courteous and helpful. He made sure that everything we had decided on with Ethan was correct and updated us on the roofing date and details.On the day of the roofing, the large crew arrived punctually, and we were impressed with their speed and coordination. Their foreman, who was very nice, took time to explain to us how they were placing the shingles for maximum efficiency. The roofing was finished by the afternoon. Then they cleaned up all the trash and debris, even using a metal detector to find any nails.Some days later, Ethan came out to do a final inspection. He had even been sent pictures in real time of the work as it progressed. And he wanted to be assured that were satisfied.We are very happy with our beautiful roof and feel it has given our house a fresh new look. I just had my roof replaced. I used Southern National for the installation. My salesperson, Ethan Smith, was a great help in making my decision to use his company.He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained to me all the options available. I was very impressed with how he presented his material and showed me all the possibilities out there.At no time did I feel pressured by him to make a hasty decision!The installation went well, was completed in one day! After our insurance company denied our claim to replace our roof , we met with about a dozen roofing companies . I wasn’t happy with what those companies offered. So I called Southern National. They sent Ethan over to inspect and give us a quote . I told him about all my questions and concerns. He’s very knowledgeable about the roofing industry. They offered us a Lifetime warranty on the materials and the labor !!! No other company I talked to offered that . Within a couple of days his crew was at my house it was a big job a lot of square footage and a lot of rotten wood underneath the shingles . They replaced everything that was bad and now we have a brand new roof and gutters and we couldn’t be happier !!! They’re the best ! Easy for me to give them 5 Stars !! Awesome company.

We needed a new roof back in November of 2023 and it was a stressful and huge renovation we weren't ready for. But Southern National Roofing made it easy and took so much of the stress off our shoulders. I don't usually do reviews online but I feel Southern National Roofing deserves one. We had our new roof installed on October 6th and new gutters a few days later. Right from the beginning Zack was friendly, professional, and thorough. He took pictures of our roof and showed us areas we could not see as closely from the ground. We knew the roof needed to be repaired/replaced but this gave us a better understanding. Zack then sat down with us and we went over the different roofing options. There were many to choose from but we never felt pressured to pick a specific one. We selected what was best for us.Another gentleman we spoke with, Justin, talked with us about payment options and scheduling. He, also, was very professional and thorough. The installers showed up when they were supposed to and had the roof installed in a day. They started early that morning, were finished by the afternoon, and picked up/hauled away any shingles, nails, and/or other roofing materials that were removed.Justin and Zack both reached out to us throughout the process making sure everything was to our liking. Zack also came out after the installation was completed to do a final inspection and see if we had any questions.The entire process, start to finish, was done in a timely manner, painless, and a lot less stressful than we thought it was going to be. These scam artists left a flag on my door telling me that I had roof damage (nail pops, ridge vent damage, buckled shingles). Which is a hell of a thing, since I have a two story house on top of a steep hill.So unless they used a drone or a VERY tall ladder, this guy didn't see a frigging thing.I refuse to do business with a company that leads of with lies and fraud.

Everyone we worked with and spoke to at Southern National were really professional and nice. They completed the job very quickly.Only disappointed in the communication issues that happened during the process. Like how we’ve spent many hours cleaning sharp wood shards and nails out of our belongings in the attic because they didn’t tell us to cover everything up when we were getting all new backing. Our project manager Ethan did take his own personal time to come help clean up a little bit and offered his own shop vac to help since we don’t have one. And we had our flat roof done by them as well and the chemical smell we’ve had to deal with for almost 5 days prior was concerning since I have two little children. I was told nothing of a chemical smell id have to deal with or that I may smell it and be harmless.With as much money as we paid to have this roof done by them because they are “the best” still feel a little disappointed in our experience but glad the roof is done.Service: Roof installation

Southern National did a great job overall. Their canvassers were in the neighborhood one day, and Chris came to my door. He pointed out a few issues I was aware of plus a couple that I hadn't noticed. It was time for the construction-grade roof to be replaced! He set a follow-up appointment for me with Ethan, one of their project managers.Ethan came a couple days later and was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. He did a more in-depth inspection with me to explain issues on the exterior of the roof before going in the attic and pointing out some mold/leaks around the ridge vents and chimney.A week later the install crew came. They were very professional and efficient, finishing the job in just a day. Ethan came back a few days later for the final walk through. I appreciated his attention to detail and friendliness throughout the whole process. Here's to 50+ years of a great, new, beautiful roof!
