I recently used Zocam plumbing on a full kitchen renovation. The Owner Micheal Elmore and his employees were honest, knowledgeable, curteous, and very punctual. All the plumbing work was very clean and streamline. Dealing with this company was a pleasurable experience! Out of the five contractors that worked on this project Zocam was by far the best. I'll definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any kind of plumbing work done!

Michael Elmore is one of my kids, have known him since he and my son were in elementrary school. I have used Zocam in our rental properties as well as personally. I trust his word and his work. There have been numerous times we have called Zocam Plumbing for a variety of plumbing needs from building our home, flooding tank due to a malfunctioning pump, leaky sink, to adding a spigot for the garden to so many other needs, the list goes on. Zocam, Michael and his employees were professional, humble, honest and trustworthy. My kids loved Michael, he and his employees are welcome in our home and businesses even without us being there (which has been the case a multitude of times). Replaced my water heater fast! Picked up and Installed the heater, and hauled of the old one in no time flat. The owner of Zocam personally installed another for me in a tight crawlspace. Can't speak highly enough of Zocam, and continue to use them for my home as well as business needs.

I had an excellent experience with this professional company! I had an issue with my since blocked New Year’s Day! They came out the very next day early, fixed it. 2 weeks later it reclogged i called them. Without giving me a hard time, they send someone right back out at no charge to unclog it again and things have been great since.Will definitely be my go to plumber moving forward.Highly recommended

I'm so relieved we found Mike. Our sewage line over the creek in our backyard was busted and he sprang into action speaking with Charlotte Water and the storm water guys to make sure he fixed it properly and without a huge amount of unnecessary work and expense. I have not had personally any work performed by Michaels company but I have known Shannon Elmore and Michael Elmore for a number years. I have known people that Michael’s company has performed work for and highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. I personally would recommend Michaels company for any of your plumbing needs. They are awesome people, and I can't imagine anybody having any reason to treat them like that!!

Good first time experience with Zocam on a perplexing job in our Charlotte condo apartment. P-trap primer valve was leaking under one bathroom vanity and decided to replace it and another pre-emptively .... didn't even know what they were before Zocam arrived. Long story short, the valves are finicky and the lines to the floor traps they were feeding were clogged and Mike M, our plumber and Michael, the owner, worked with us to first try and install new valves, but then returned after the lines proved clogged and coached us to remove the primer valves, cap the lines and install trap seals in the floor drains. No more leaks under the vanity! No more gases from the p-traps! Very happy with the results and their customer service!

These guys came out on a Sunday evening to work on my water... Other plumbers had told me that we needed a new well ....Michael at Zocam explained the problem and fixed it the same day!!And even for a Sunday call . He charged me less $$$ than other plumbers had charged me before !I highly recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing issues !!!!!!

The driver on license plate number HE-4474 was driving extremely reckless this morning (2/8/22) on York Road through York and Rock Hill. Weaving in and out of traffic, no signal, cutting people off and simply no regard to others. This could reflect a company and the type of work they do.
