We had June Belle Homes renovate two bathrooms in our home. They turned our beautiful. The downstairs bath was a huge undertaking as we took the existing bathroom and an adjoining bedroom and turned it into a huge master suite bath with walkin closet. It also included turning part of the existing bath into a half bath for guests. We had a goal of getting the renovation complete before Thanksgiving when we have family coming to town and June Belle Homes met that goal! The new master bath is incredible and completely worth sacrificing a guest bedroom for. Our new tile shower turned out gorgeous and we are very happy with the way everything turned out. There were a few hiccups along the way as expected with renovating a 90 year old house but Justin communicated well the whole time and worked hard to find solutions that worked and wouldn't slow us down and help meet our goal of being complete before Thanksgiving. We are so pleased with our final product! We had no clue what we were getting into with such a large project, but Justin and his team made the design and selection process seamless. Justin provided two design options--both of which were fantastic. We were able to talk about the pros and cons of each design with him in order to make the best selection for our family's needs. We loved that we were able to go to the showroom to see and feel the various options for finishes, flooring, cabinetry, hardware, etc, instead of looking at a computer screen to make our selections. Our initial quote was slightly over our budget, but we were able to go back next door to the showroom to change some selections in order to get our final price within our desired budget. Each individual that worked on our home was respectful and informative and took the time to talk to my kids about the work they were doing on the house. My kids loved being able to visit during construction and see how everything came together. Upon purchasing our first home together we were very eager to get started on the remodel. We wanted to turn our new house into a home. Something we could be proud of! We gave Justin all of our ideas and he made them a reality. June Belle Homes invests so much love and time into the work they produce. Justin broke down cost, materials, and the process for us before starting demo. He kept us in the loop the entire process and made sure everything was up to par before moving on to the next step. We worked with Justin and Katie to sell our home through Realty Executives. This is the first house we sold, so we had no idea what to expect. Our listing went up Wednesday night, we had showings all day Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with offers on Sunday. Once we accepted an offer they ensured we were aware of every step of the process. Although stressful at times, we knew we were in good hands with realtors that had our best interest in mind. We closed on Friday and we are so glad we trusted Justin and Katie with this major decision.
