Don with Action is absolutely phenomenal. A pipe burst in our newly remodeled kitchen. Don and his team came out that day to assess the damage and begin the remediation process. He was ON IT the entire process, available by phone and text for anything. Don is hands down the most professional, helpful and responsive person I’ve ever dealt with in this industry. I would give him 10 stars if I could. You can trust him with anything and it will get done in a timely manner… and he stays in contact till the end with a friendly check in months later. We give Action 5 stars! When we had a water backup in our home, they immediately came out, assessed the situation, began water cleanup, and placed industrial sized dehumidifiers all through the basement. The owner, Don, was wonderful to work worth as he walked us through the insurance process, submitted our claim and handled all paperwork. Action was further able to install the new flooring, as well as repairing existing flooring so it looked seamless, with no money out of our pocket with the exception of insurance deductible. I cannot recommend Action Restoration more for their professionalism, expertise and experience with mitigating all kinds of disasters. We have since used them again for flooring installation in another home (non-disaster related) as a result of the quality of their work and competitive pricing!

Action has handled two separate claims for me in the past couple years. He's professional but also friendly. He's running a local family business and you can feel it. I recommend Action to all my friends. If you have water or fire or mold damage and need someone to help, Don is the man.One of the most important things in a insurance claim situation is getting a contractor who work with you from start to finish. There are too many contractors out there who want to come in for the initial mitigation visit, will tear your house apart, and then leave you with an unfinished home. Don works with you start to finish.
