Work performed and communication early in the process was great, but once they had my money it was extrememly difficult for them to complete the required forms and send to my insurance company. I have been waiting 4 months and can not get them to even send me an invoice. I have no documentation on my new roof and I am having to call them daily to try and get them to fax the forms to my insurance company so I can get my replacement funds from them. There are much better contractors out there.
