Dallas and his Huntersville crew did an excellent job when they replaced my upper level roof gutter and flashing. Dallas came out and assessed the damage from a fallen tree and was able to give us a thorough assessment and was able to promptly schedule his crew to come fix it. Very good experience with this company. They did what they said they would do and Dallas was enjoyable to work with. It was difficult to get other roofing companies to even quote my project, but not so with MBA roofing. The install crew were incredibly hard workers as well and did a good clean up job.

Guys did a great job. Even with all the rain we were getting, they took care of the leak first and they were still able to get it done within a week and right between two rain days, the only sunny day. They wanted to start late afternoon but asked them to wait for a full day because of my concern of putting down just paper on the roof overnight. I felt that the moisture would compromise the integrity of the paper and result in leaks. They had no problem with that and started early the next morning!Thanks MBA for listening and fulfilling a customer’s request. Keep up the great work!

MBA Roofing was repairing a roof leak, so they did not give me a specific day when they would show up. . . they would fit me into their schedule. Within a few days 3 men showed up, greeted me, and then within a couple of minutes they were all on my roof. They explained what they did and showed me pictures. The final cost was less than half of what I expected to pay. One of men said he saw an accumulation of leaves on my gutter, so he cleared them away. Matt, the co-owner, was also great to work with.

MBA was a great company to work with. They assisted me with the hassles associated with an insurance company that enjoys collecting money more than paying for claims. Their personel were excellent mediators with insurance company. When the date was set for job to begin, it actually started a few days ahead of time. The work crew was very professional and their craftsmanship was superior. I had a few concerns and questions throughout the project. Each time I expressed them, I was treated courteously and offered an explanation that exceeded my expectations. An hour after the final shingle was nailed, you could not tell the crew had been there. I’d highly recommend them.
