Terrible communication right from the start, incredibly difficult to deal with and did not keep us in the loop as he expanded the project without consent. Failed to plan ahead when ordering proper materials and lining up sub contractors. On top of those issues, the workmanship and attention to detail misses the mark completely and a lot of the work will need to be redone.Service: General repairs

Extremely positive experience with this team. Initial estimate was below two others we received. Santos (extensive exterior repair work) and Marcelo (exterior painting) are amazing. Both are absolute workhorses. Prompt, professional, and went above and beyond in all aspects. All involved are also extremely nice people.
