Kason was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling and was very patient with me as someone who had never purchased a roof. He is passionate about his work and has the customer’s best interest at hand (unlike other roofers I had spoken with). His kind nature was very appreciated. Kason and his crew fixed two leaks on our roof in two different parts of the structure last week. He and the two crew members worked efficiently and got the job done in one visit even though the scope of the repair was more extensive than initially diagnosed, finishing the job at 9:30pm. Because it was a larger repair than first thought it ended up costing a little more than what was quoted, but Kason's fee was reasonable. When I contacted Kason he came out to check out the roof within two days. Then another two days later he and his crew came to fix the roof. Kason was there the whole time hands on. It's not every day that you see the owner of the company getting down on his knees and working along side his crew. Very nice on the phone, but I had to call them multiple times trying to get an estimate for a repair. They always said they’d get back to me and provide one, but ultimately ghosted me. So disappointed.
