Karen, David and Ken are great to work with! They worked diligently with my insurance company to make sure they covered all of the repairs that were needed done to ensure my new roof was up to code. If not for them I would've ended up with a lot of out of pocket expenses that I wasn't aware of when my claim was originally filed. They kept me up to date on the progress of my claim, handled all of the paperwork and got my repairs done in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs done to their home! I have been working with Ally Storm for several years and they are the best around. There is no need to call anyone else for repairs on any storm damage you may have. They are easy to work with, show up on time, complete the works as promised, and they help with the insurance process to make it as painless as possible. Stay away from this company!I can't believe the "contractor" that Ally Storm Claims sent to assess my Hurricane Florence damage. This guy was extremely unprofessional, filthy hands and ripped-up jeans, coming on to me and touching me inappropriately on my body. (I had to say I had a husband just to get him to back off.)Additionally, he reeked of cigarettes.But the worst and most suspicious of all was that he refused to provide a written breakdown (estimate) of all the work that he had assessed. No written estimate. Yet, he said, "Once we have your confidence, and you sign an agreement to hire us, you will get all of that." WHAT?!I posted a negative review on Google, and the owner's fiancé contacted me, wanting to meet with me because she knew I had a recording of my encounter with her employee. She came and wasted my time though. She said that she, herself, was a licensed contractor. She had me take her all around the house, showing her all of the damage, and then she made me wait at least a half an hour until her actual contractor who did the work for her company showed up. Why did I take her around and show her all of the damage, when she is not capable of providing a breakdown of costs herself? What a joke.To top it off, she told me that her company would provide that estimate for me to determine whether or not I wanted them to do the work. I never got it. Stay away from this company.

They have terrible communication and do not know how to pick up a phone or send an email back. Ally Storms always seems to want payments for unfinished work. And the work they think is done still has leftover drywall, contractor dust, nails, and cigarette butts all over the "repaired" areas. Good luck getting a hold of the owner, she has completely checked out. But you can probably find her smoking outside the front door if she's "on the other line, in a meeting, or will get back to you." Staff seems to run around like a bunch of hens with their heads cut off. What a nightmare it has been trying to work with this company. Can't get back all that wasted time spent trying to get them to actually do their jobs that was agreed upon in the contracts.

We have been waiting for almost a month to get our ceiling completed. They came and cut massive holes in the living room and dining room, completely removed the ceiling in one of the bathrooms and my toddlers room, and we haven’t heard from or seen them since. There has been NO contact from them despite our multiple attempts. Because of the patchy and nonexistent ceiling, the AC is useless in 90% of the house. It’s the middle of June. Our house reaches 90 degrees during the day with our two very young children living in the house- the oldest just turned two. And no, the company left no construction plastic to cover the holes as I was told by our rental company they should have done if they weren’t going to complete the project right away. Lousy excuse of a construction company.

Spoke to project manager, Michael Barker towards the repair of my living room and couldn't be anymore satisfied with the service that was provided. Will definitely be sending more and more people his way!

Literally the worst possible place to higher when you’re in need. Even if this is a last resort, I don’t recommend hiring, save your money, time and sanity. All they want is money and then their “contractors” won’t pay their workers and they’ll show up asking you why they’re not getting paid.

Honestly, this place is so unprofessional. After umpteen months and many delays, our house is still not fixed due to their delinquency. All they care about is getting paid, instead of fixing people’s things. STAY AWAY!
