That is including tearing down a chimney, and filling in where the hole was, tearing down the old shingles on not only the main house but our extended back building, and finally installing the brand new GAF Roofing System. From Michelle on the phone to Scott that came out and Craig that made sure it all went smooth and to the four guys that came out, I have to say that this company, although a bit more pricey than some, do exceptional work and the service is outstanding.Everyone there is very knowledgeable and friendly. Any question I had was answered promptly and with more knowledge than was needed.The roofers had mine done in one day and when they finished, there wasn’t even a nail on the ground. My 85 year old mother was scammed by a roofing company. Coastal Carolina came, gave us a free estimate, and completed in just a few days. They were honest and everyone from this company is courteous and caring. The roof was in really bad shape so they had to replace all the wood before putting the roof on. Several times the day of the install, Doug came by to check on the work and touch base with us. I can't imagine working with a better company. The home of William and Bernice Purvis was devastated by Hurricane Florence in 2018. As you can imagine it was very hard to find an honest contractor/company to rebuild the home. I live in Northern Va and took on the role facilitating the rebuild of my parents’ home remotely because they are both in their golden years. Coastal Carolina Roofing Experts and more specifically employee, Paul Andryshak, were a true blessing. Paul Andryshak and his staff went out of their way to completely replace the roof and gutters on the home and they also went the extra step in referring us to a general contractor that could rebuild the parts of the home which were not in scope for what Coastal Carolina Roofing Experts focused on. You truly have to respect a company that is going to give your 5-Start quality service and work while at the same time having the integrity to admit where they to do specialize and refer you out to another quality company. I will definitely refer this outstanding company to anyone who is looking to have their rood and gutters replaced.Integrity, honesty and fairness with 5-Start work is not often found in once company but you will find it in Coastal Caroline Roofing Experts.

The roofers did a great job and it looks beautiful! See pics attached. They're also putting on a front porch which I can't wait for. They put on a lot of fancy stuff too, and the roofers seemed to know what they're doing - they did an expert job cutting in the edges and eaves. The ridge vents and the numerous flashings looked pretty fancy, (top of the line) but the price quote was fairly competitive considering all the extras that you get. Also, anytime I had a question, everyone was very friendly and responsive.Overall, I would recommend CCRE because 1, they're a pretty big company, so you know they'll still be around in 10 years (a friend of mine has a leaky roof, but those roofers went out of business); 2 you get high end stuff, not the cheapest stuff from Lowe's (to get a cheap quote, and a cheap job); and 3, they're super friendly and helpful. They even cut back some tree limbs that were close to my roof.

I was looking for a new roof with shingles intended for high winds, so I got 2 estimates with different brands of shingles. My son is a roofer and arranged a third estimate with his favorite roofing company. Coastal Carolina Roofing Experts was my choice because they tied for the best price, offered the best warranty, and also because they are a local roofing company. Everyone from the sales team to the installation crew were knowledgeable and professional. They protected my flower beds, picked up all the roofing nails, and completed the whole roof in one day. I should have posted this about a month and a half ago, but better late than never. Up front, I am very pleased with the outcome. The sales rep, Brad, was very friendly and not pushy. I appreciate his (and the company's) flexibility to work around my schedule to meet and discuss options. The one thing which most impressed me was the speed and quality of work. The crew showed up at 7am the day they were supposed to and immediately got to it. I was still at work around 3pm when a neighbor texted me and said they had finished, and the roof looks great, which it does! Impressive to say the least. Not a scrap of the old roof left over, and what wasn't used was neatly stacked for me to save for later use. As for cost, after taking five or six quotes from other contractors in the area, I decided on Coastal for the two reasons: 10-20yr warranty on labor (This is separate from the manufactures warranty) and an option to finance (afforded me a little more flexibility). They were priced fairly competitive with the others I reviewed, however the warranty added my my cost so yours may vary. Nothing against other guys, but the fact that Coastal are factory installers, (meaning factory trained) weighed in on my decision as well. Defiantly give them a look before the storms start rolling in.Service: Roof installation

DO NOT use Coastal Carolina Roofing Experts. I hired them 4 months ago to repair our roof that was struck by lightning. They charged a $250 assessment fee that is supposed to go towards the repair. The "assessment" was a guy who came out and looked at it from the ground (we live in a two story) and he said "he wasn't getting in the attic" to look at the damages because he was too big. Same guy sent a crew of people over to install a patch until a full repair could be completed and I had to write a $150 check directly to the employee who didn't speak English. While they were installing the patch, half of the patch crew walked around our house looking and point at our stuff while the other half installed the patch. Once they were done, half the crew literally laid flat on our door step while I wrote the check out. I wasn't given a receipt for that so I can't claim it on the insurance and the $250 did not go towards the patch because it wasn't included in the "total repair." Since then, I have been calling once a week to leave a message with the receptionist and I get no calls back. This is probably one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. (Still fighting to get my $250 back)Service: Roof repair

They were very knowledgeable and worked with us to determine the best roof for our house. They provided a detailed description of the job with a timeline prior to starting. They were very professional and followed the schedule as stated. We also had a minor repair since the roof replacement and they came back right away, serviced it, and went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were satisfied. To begin with David, my sales person was exceptional. He didn't talk at me, he talked to me. My roof was damaged during Hurricane Florence. Coastal Carolina Roofing Experts salesman, Dean came out to do a free estimate. Dean spent and in depth amount of time explaining the entire process to me. Everyone at the office was extremely friendly and helpful. I also purchased a GAF Silver Pledge Warranty for my new roof. The crew that took off my old roof and replaced it with new, was able to get the job done in two days. They were respectful and cleaned up everything nicely. The office sent out someone to touch up my siding from shingle marks from the removal process. My overall experience was great, thorough, and my roof looks beautiful. I met Greg at my property to give me an estimate for replacing the roof. He was very knowledgable and professional. Within just a few days, the crew was on the property and worked very hard for a day and half until the entire roof had been replaced. When they were finished, every piece of the old roof and debris were cleaned up around the house. I haven’t even seen a nail or tack on the ground. During Hurricane Florence, we found out that roofer that originally did our roof had not done it correctly causing leaks and damage throughout our house. I contacted multiple roofers to get quotes for a full replacement, while many failed to show up for appointments, or never return calls.Adam, the sales rep, was exceptional, even calling to let me know if he was going to be a couple minutes late, and working around my schedule.Paul, the sales manager, was also fantastic contacting my insurance adjuster with USAA and working with them so that they would cover the full cost of my roof and get me the best quality roof since our house is less then a mile from the ocean.Our new roof looks wonderful! I didn't realize how bad my old roof looked until I saw our new one. The roof was finished within two days, the crew was polite, and cleaned up well after the job.The entire company was very polite, courteous, and made sure that they did everything in their power to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend this company.

I am quite pleased with my roofing experience. I first got quotes and was pleased someone actually got on the roof to inspect it. They did not stand at ground level and estimate. They also went into my attic to be sure no damage. I felt comfortable with the quote as I didn’t believe I would get add on expenses I wasn’t prepared for. The installers were great. First thing done was to tarp around my house to prevent damage and loose nails etc. They put my cover on my chimney to stop any water coming in and opened my attic vents that were closed by previous owners. This now allowed my attic to breath and not get so hot. From the office to the sales rep to the installers to the roof inspector I could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend this company.

He took a great deal of time to explain the "Coastal Package" that included new materials being used to protect property on the coast. I had another estimate that didn't even mention this for almost the same amount of money. I had Adam and his crew install my roof and they did an excellent, professional job in a very timely manner. Our home sustained damage because of Hurricane Florence. We were excited to have them return our call for an estimate for repair and come to the appointment ON TIME. Our salesman was Greg Garwood who is very knowledgeable, friendly, and an expert at his job. He is the BEST! In fact, we had several appointments with him to discuss our purchase and he always came ON TIME. We purchased the GAF lifetime warrantied roofing system and it is beautiful. I never thought of roofs as beautiful before but now that I have spent so much money on one...it is just that, a beautiful one!When the crew came to work on my house, they arrived with a FULL crew and man, they worked diligently. The crew was large and accomplished taking off my old roof and putting on the new one in one day! They took only two breaks...hard to believe their work ethic. They secured the site for the night, and finished up the next morning. If you need a roof, this is the company to hire.

We used Coastal Carolina roofing experts as their ratings were really good and they have a BBB rating. They were really quick to come out and give estimate. Due to a lot of rain during the summer they were delayed about a month putting on our roof. Communication wasn’t very good. Had to phone office a couple of times to find out time frame and what was going on. Once the roofing manger came out and measured roof things started to move along again. Our roof was installed in just over a day. I had to call them out to come screw down some screws that were left unscrewed. They came straight out. Hurricane Florence hit and we have water coming in from somewhere. My husband had to go clear out the gutter during the storm that was meant to be cleaned out from the roofers. There was old roofing in the gutters, nails and metal from the new roof. Not happy about that.Roofing manager came out today and apologized to my husband. He went up on the roof and checked the roof and said he can’t see any problems with the roof. He said he thinks the water came through from the vent at the top of the roof. Which can’t be helped it’s the way the wind and rain blew in for the hurricane. If we have anymore problems they will come straight out and go into attic to check. The roof looks really nice and held up well during the storm.

These guys worked with me and ended up being the "cheapest" (price not quality) I could find and it was even Architecture Shingles not 3 tab! Installed my entire roof in one day.
