All aspects from quote to installation were handled professionally and per our contract. The office kept us informed of schedules and the install team arrived on time each day. Given the size and type of awning a couple of fine adjustment post install were required and done with a smile. We would use Hayward again and would recommend. Location, New Bern, NC.

We called them as a Sunsetter Dealer to repair our awning. Each time it took multiple calls to reach someone as they do not return calls or their mailbox is full.When we finally got them they came to install a new awning but Sunsetter had sent the wrong size. Their installers were kind and efficient .When the correct awning arrived I called multiple times with no return call. One morning, the same installers came and changed the awning to our surprise, as we still had not heard from anyone.After they left we could not get the awning to open, 3 more weeks of calling without a response. I finally called Sunsetter to enlist their help in reaching this company. They walked us through a reset and we are fine. Good thing, because I am still waiting for a return call 6 weeks later!

Would not recommend. I found these guys at a Home Expo representing Lifestyle Screens and took advantage of the 'show' price. The salesman was at my house within a few days and I placed the order. That's the only good....Scheduled install day/time came - LATE..NO SHOW - no phone call or anything from them. An hour later I called the office numerous times to have no answer. Left messages - no call back. Finally go a hold of someone and they said the crew was running late from previous job and would try to arrange another crew and would call me in 30 min. Of course, no call back. Contacted my salesman to help - Never heard back from him to follow up.Finally got to speak to the office and they said it was too late in the day for install and need to reschedule.New install day/time - LATE..NO SHOW - no phone call from them. I called the office - NO ANSWER AGAIN! (5 times). Left message. Called my salesman - NO ANSWER. Left message.Completely and totally unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. BTW - This is still unresolved.
