We had two jobs done by J&T siding and were very pleased with both. The first was a Master Bath remodel.Richie came out , took measurements, we discussed the process and within a few days he was able to give me an estimate and a start date. Drew and some helpers did the work and were professional, on time, very hard working and always cleaned up before leaving each day. If I ever had a question or concern, Richie always got back to me quickly. We are very happy with our new bathroom!The next job was an outdoor patio covering. Again, Richie got right back to me with our options and an estimate and start date. Sean and Larry went above and beyond to not only build us a beautiful patio covering, but saw some of our siding on the house needed to be replaced and did that on their own! Got a new metal roof one week before Hurricane Florence on our home in Sneads Ferry. Thus far it appears to have held up. The crew that Richie sent was the BEST crew I have ever dealt with on home improvements / repairs - I highly recommend. Attached pic is two days after hurricane florence. Wonder if they do Pier / Dock repair...

Excellent experience start to finish with Richie for roof replacement post hurricane Florence. Richie was the only contractor (out of several that viewed my roof for estimates) that had accurate knowledge and expertise regarding the necessary repairs needed. Insurance would not cover costs for certain repairs because they weren't needed and Richie was the only contractor that understood why they weren't needed. Richie was quick to respond, quick to prepare an estimate, and was always available via call or text. The work agreement is very simple and upfront with no hidden agendas and it was the only paperwork my insurance representative felt comfortable with me signing (and I had him view several). My roof was replaced in the timeline given, the cost was more than fair (as confirmed by insurance), the crew worked efficiently and the overall process went smoothly. Completely satisfied, highly recommend, and already using for another project (deck) and hopefully more home improvements to come!Remove review

They went above and beyond for me. I got new siding, windows and gutters and it turned out beautiful!! I’m very grateful, they did everything I wanted and even went out of there way to make sure I got new lights for the outside as well. We just had siding repaired, windows, front door, and sinks installed by J & T Siding. They did an incredible job and at a very good price! Richie was our contact at J & T Siding and is great to work with. He is knowledgeable, considerate, and honest. Request Richie and Jason to work with you. Jason installed our windows and did an amazing job and has amazing work ethics.They repaired sections of siding that had holes in it and matched the color perfect. Our old windows were almost 30 years old and had considerable damage to the frame that they were able to completely replace. The windows they use are Low-e argon with a lifetime warranty. They also installed a front door and sinks we had intended to install ourselves but had ran out time to do. We also had the house pressure washed by them. All of this work at a very reasonable set price. We intend to use J & T siding in the future.

I am very happy I chose J&T, Richie is really easy to reach and communicate with what we want done in our house. The team worked super hard and quick! We gave them only one week to get things done in the house we were moving into. They had painted all the rooms, kitchen, bathrooms and livingrooms. And for that was so much work already because of various colors I wanted in our house. Also they knocked out our wall that was between kitchen and living and added me a big pantry closet just the way wanted it! All of this under one week!!! Crazy right?! Seriously the best company to go for when you want something done to your house. They do just about anything with reasonable price. Matter of fact they will be back to do more stuff for us in two weeks! Building our deck.

Richie is amazing! I called today to get a quote to redo my roof. He was out there a few hours later and came up with a very reasonable price. Not only is he a liscenced general contractor but he was also quick to get us scheduled and get job done in a day. He was very understanding and negotiating with us. Very happy with him and cant wait to have him come back for more projects.

Called the company to get a quote for my roof. Richie came out a couple days later and was all business. Quoted me the same as 3 other companies. He had samples of shingles on hand and explained the process. A week later I called him and said I wanted it done. He came out on a Wednesday and asked me if Friday would be a good day? And that he said it would take just one day for his crew to complete. He ordered the supplies right there and they had everything delivered and ready the next day. Friday morning at 8am the workers were at it and true to word the entire roof was replaced 10 hours later and looked fantastic. I highly recommend J and T for roofing needs. Will use again if ever need be.

Richie has been wonderful helping to get things moving in the right direction in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence and all of her destruction. His crew was professional and knowledgeable. He came out and got my roof tarped and protected from the elements super fast and I already have paperwork from him to provide to my insurance company regarding the damage. I will be using the company for my entire rebuild from the roof to the five collapsed ceilings to the exterior damage.

Very pleased with the facelift they gave my garage--siding, shingles, windows. Looks great! Price very reasonable. Friendly service from first contact with Richie to seeing Jerry and Claudette in the office to Sean and Allen and the onsite crew, which worked hard and cleaned up site very well. Highly recommend.

I had Tim as my salesmen. He was real nice at first until I questioned him, then he turned into a pushy fast talking misleading used car salesmen. I waited 2-3 days then went back to sign the contract / pay 50% down $3500.00. Then he showed me the high dollar card board insulation. I told him to give me an estimate without using the extra insulation. Later the secretary told me Tim canceled the contract and said they reversed the $3500.00.The secretary emailed me my receipt that I paid $3500, Instead of proof that the $3500 was cancelled.

I've used J&T Siding several times and have been satisfied every time. I just had my kitchen remodeled and shed sided to match my home. I could not be any happier l. The quality of work and professionallism of the crew was phenomenal! I will definitely continue to contract J & T siding
