OD Roofing was a pleasure to work with! They replaced our roof after it was damaged in a storm. Owen took the time to answer all our questions and explain the entire process to us, and Jennifer responded quickly to all my emails. I was impressed with how efficiently their team replaced the roof. They worked very hard to finish the job before forecasted rain the following day. They even took high quality photos using a drone which we were able to send to the insurance company. I would highly recommend OD Roofing!

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Even with a mix up with scheduling our appointment, they still exceeded our expectations and made up for the scheduling mistake. Customer service was excellent, Owen the roofer was AMAZING, friendly, and simply exceptional! And the price for the repairs was great. Another local company quoted me almost double what OD charged. It is truly refreshing to see that there are still great companies out there that go above and beyond! Will recommend OD roofing to any & everyone looking for roofing services in this area.

What can i said.I im very happy with my roof replacement after many different quotes and contractors promises O.D. came and just wanted to help without pushing a sales . Everything was nice and easy, at the beginning i was a little afraid because another local Roofing company came talking bad about O.D. that's why when I ealized that the other company " wasn't professionals" and just wanted to sell another roof. After checking O.D. reviews and verified their insurance and State registration I decide to hire them .Mr. Owen was here during the entire processI even received a factory warranty of 50 yearsI have No regrets of hiring this amazing company !Thanks for being honest we need more contractors like you guys

Came out to provide me a quote on roof repairs due to a terrible job by Atlantic Construction. House is only three years old yet I've had leaks several times already. I contacted many other roof repair companies for estimates but they either didn't respond or never sent me quotes after they came out. They quoted me a great price as well.My roof has not leaked yet so I'm satisfied with this job! I'll use them again if I have other leaks, which wouldn't surprise meme.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Having a flat rubber roof with no attic to investigate we went through MULTIPLE ROOFERS who gladly took our money and never fixed the leak. Od roofing went above and beyond . Even verified the repair with a water leak test to make sure it was FIXED before payment. Short Story: The best local roofing company you will find!The morning Hurricane Idalia came through I discovered a leak in an upstairs bedroom. Immediate triage revealed a long term slow leak in my attic in which my decking was rotting and soft. Considering my house is only three years old you can imagine my displeasure. Started calling roofing companies immediately and with the rain still falling take a guess how many answered or called me back. Out of at least nine only one answered. Jennifer was one of the nicest people and actually followed through with calling me back within ten minutes to let me know Mr. Romero would be out within an hour. He showed up in 45 minutes and got right to it, sealing off the leak with an anchored GAF tarp. He even cleaned out my gutter downspouts while up there. Who does that these days? He wouldn't accept payment and said he could come out within a few days to replace the decking and shingles. I received an estimate via email within the hour and was taken back by his more than fair pricing. True to his word he was back within the week and my roof is like new again. During this process I learned Mr. Owen Romero owns the company, has a little over a dozen roofers working for him, is an honest family man and cares about his customers. The entire process was one of the most positive experiences I've ever had with a contractor. From Jennifer in the office, the communication, quality of work, price and the fact he provided pictures of everything he did spoke volumes to me. Whether you are in need of a repair, a new roof or building a house OD Roofing is the company to call. They do it all from metal, flat and traditional shingles. If you are a roofer in Eastern NC just know OD Roofing put you on notice. I hope I never need to call him again but if I do, I look forward to the services he provides. Thank you Owen, Jennifer and the OD Roofing family. You will always have a friend in me.

Owen performed a thorough roof inspection prior to my buying the house, and also provided an estimate for replacement, which was very helpful in negotiating my purchase price for the house.
