Installed our roof and did not do part of it properly. When my husband pointed it out they came back out and "fixed it". Now that their is a leak they will not fix it. Every roofer we have had come out and look at it said that they did not do it properly. They would never do what quality roofers did to "fix it". Will need to get half our roof torn up just to fix their mistake. Wish I could give them 0 stars since this has caused more damage to our house.Edit in response to the owner:That is my maiden name so it would not be in your records. I guess it is a good thing your residential installations have been limited if this is the kind of work you do. The summer of 2017 was definitely not 15 years ago. We still have our paperwork with Hugh S Lanier III on file who we have tried to contact.Service: Roof installation
