I can't say enough about Royal Roofing and Construction! They recently completed a bathroom renovation and added a second bathroom for us and we could not be more satisfied. Royal and Chris (the construction supervisor) were courteous, efficient and listened to what I wanted. When I wanted something changed, they responded immediately to make it work. All the construction crews and subcontractors were professional, kept the workplace neat and did an excellent job. Communication with Royal, Chris and the office was so easy, they were always quick to respond and answered all my questions and concerns immediately. I strongly recommend them and will happily call them for my next project. Jake, their carpenter, is the best! Great carpenter, great guy!

If I could rate Royal Construction with zero stars, I would. This is an "all out con man". Beware people. First Chris will give you an estimate. Royal (who you never meet) says a foreman will be onsite to make sure no "$10k mistakes aren't made. No foreman ever. Just two subs who smoke weed in the morning. I paid almost $12,000 for a small subfloor rebuild and vynal floor to be layed down. The living room was not the same level as the dining room. So, they put down 1/4 luan. Only they didn't nail it down! A month after the job is done..my dining room floor is like a Bouncy house. You cannot walk on it. I called Royal over a dozen times. He ignores you. He never showed up for the final walkthrough. He told me on the phone..we stand behind our work. Guess what? He was a no show to come look at the floor again after 4 months. You be the judge. The vynal is cracking and the floor is so buckled. I have to put down pieces of rug so we don't trip. I've lived in my house for 28 years in Richlands and am a grandma. Shame on him! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Interesting. When you have a negative review, there's no option to post your pictures of their Botched work.

The job was to replace ceiling drywall in my garage that had been damaged by a leaking roof. Two completely unqualified individuals were sent out to work on the project and did not curtain off the work area. Subsequently, everything in my garage is covered in drywall dust. In addition, the workers stepped on my dryer and bent the top in without telling me. It was only when I went to use it did I discover the damage. The work was professionally completed after my initial complaint. There is still a garage full of boxes, containers and shelves that need to be cleaned of drywall dust. They did replace the top of the dryer with a new top but I was initially told it would have to be a used top. This is the 3rd and final time I will use this company.
