Goliath Roofing completed our new roof yesterday and it looks great. From the initial meeting with Darius Adams (sales rep) they were very thorough and professional with no pressure tactics. Darius was very knowledgeable and was available whenever we had questions regarding what to expect during the install. He was patient with my wife and I, which was definitely appreciated. On install day, Matthew Lambert (production manager) arrived early with the crew to ensure everything went smoothly. The crew completed a 2-day job in one day and cleaned up all of the mess before leaving. Matt and Darius followed up afterwards, double checked the property for any debris and made this process as easy as possible. I highly recommend Goliath Roofing…from initial contact to finishing touches and pictures, they were very professional and reliable. Thank you.

Goliath Roofing company did an outstanding job with our roof replacement. From the initial inspection, helping us deal with our homeowners insurance And our bank, Up to the weeks, following our roof replacement. Their communication, quality and professionalism was top-notch, and head and shoulders above any other company I’ve ever dealt with pertaining to home construction and/or home improvement/repair. Jamie Barham was the main rep we dealt with and I was able to text or call him at anytime and he always promptly responded, and this is despite the fact he suffered a job related injury at some point and was officially out of work! Yet he still remained available and had one of his coworkers follow up. Connor sat down with us to go through different shingle types, and explained how the different materials and processes they used exceeded industry standards, and gave us different samples to chose from. Matthew Lambert managed the actual roof replacement. He was flexible, always kept me informed prior to and during the process, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our liking-from the time supplies were dropped off to completing final inspection, and doing extra yard sweeps to ensure the the first wasn’t a single nail for my daughters to step on in the yard. Jamie took numerous photos of our old roof in the initial inspection and showed us problematic areas and sent them to the insurance company. Matthew sent me drone photos of the tear off, new shingles going on and final completed roof through the day and half it took, so we could see the progress. We never felt rushed, pressured, or unsure throughout the process. Our new roof looks fantastic and better than I thought it could or would. Truly exceeded our expectations every step of the way and in every aspect. We’ve had neighbors complementing our roof, and asking about who did it Because they want their roof to be like ours. Can’t recommend this company enough!

We want to thank our Project Manager Chris Garcia and his crew for a beautiful new roof. They were very professional and their work was stellar. Cleanup crew was also amazing getting the debris in the trailer to haul away. They all went above and beyond. We had a few communication glitches but the company and Matthew Lambert who is their Production Manager went above and beyond in taking care of us. We will be forever grateful for their expertise and guidance. Absolutely love the new roof! Please consider Goliath Roofing if you are looking for a quality company. Matthew Lambert even offered to help get our gutter guards installed on our front gutters after I was unable due to an ankle injury. Again above and beyond customer service. Thanks again.

I don't have enough words to thank Darius Adam who was the person who assisted me from the beginning 7 months ago. He was very dedicated, amazing customer service, very knowledgeable and really, really helpful.Because of some issues with my insurance, the whole ordeal took months to get resolved, Darius and his manager were very patient, and collaborative, assisted me in any question or concerns I had in timely and very professional manner.The roof instalation supervised by Matthew went awesome, crew did a amazing and fast job. I really love the effective and efficient communication they have with customers. They let you know what to expect before and after installations. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our decision to go with Goliath Roofing. We needed our entire roof system replaced due to storm/hail damage. Not only did our sales rep, Rashaad Hunt, respond to our quote request in a very timely manner, he also was with us every step of the way. Darius Adams was are salesman that was referred to are family from a friend .He was great an went the extra mile to walk us trew the process from start to finish, as well take the time to answer all of are 9 year son questions wish was alot. (LOL) Matthew Lambert was are project manager an him Darius Adams realized that are son loved playing outside an took every precaution before starting to make sure that no nails would be left in the yard so that are son would not step on or find anything. Review of the process start to finish in having our roof installed by Goliath Roofing. Was interested in finding out how it works. Had a flyer, so I decided to call. Spoke with Cody Organ. Made appointment. He showed up on time. (👍) Explained the procedure. A physical inspection was done. The results were explained to me. The options were given. Agreed to start the process. When the inspection was done by my insurance co. He was there to communicate what was stated as to the damage to the roof. It was determined that I roof would be replaced. We had a meeting to schedule the replacement time. Received a call from Matt Lambert to confirm the time. The night before received an email to let me what I need to do and suggestion as to what to be prepared for. They were on time to start the job. Both Cody and Matt were there. To overview and supervise the work. Left because the process was noisy. Came back as Matt was leaving, he noticed that I had showed up and stopped to let me know that they would be done completely by the end of the day. (👍). The thing about Matt which impressed me was that I occasionally will use colorful language. Wanted him to know that I was sorry and could have used different words. He said that just be yourself and that they were hear to provide a service and no worries. Impressive response. Lastly I was concerned with clean up, explained what was important to me ( we have pine straw around the house. Made sure that our house looked exactly the same after they left as it did before. The entire process was exceptional! Darius was the salesman who noticed some roof damage and he assisted us with the insurance coverage. He was a no-pressure salesman. Chris, the project manager, was also fantastic! The job went without a hitch, and they did find some rotting wood which potentially could have caused some major damage later. I was so impressed with the tarping that they did to cover landscaping and the siding. Clean-up was also great! It was hard to believe that they were able to clean up such a mess so nicely! Please don't hesitate to call Goliath for any roofing needs!!

Goliath Roofing did a GREAT job on my new roof. Their customer service is excellent. Roshad Hunt answered all of my questions and made me comfortable with the process. Matthew Lambert went above and beyond, coming out 6 months after my roof replacement to replace a peice of fascia that fell off that was not even part of the roof replacement. Customer Service is hard to come by these days and Goliath knocked it out of the park!

Connor, Mitchell, and the whole team were very professional and courteous. They have great communication, even responding in the evenings. They answered every question, even when it was asked more than once. They set a realistic timeline and then stuck with it. Materials were delivered on time and they even finished half a day earlier than I expected. It’s a bit daunting seeing the property during a roof replacement but when they finished, they cleaned the place up and it was like they were never here, until you looked up at the roof. The whole process from first discussion to after the job was done was easy and painless, they even talked to our insurance company for us and handled all the paperwork. Great experience, beautiful roof, would recommend and use again. My house experienced hail damage. Three separate companies did a full inspection and all three determined that I had extensive whole roof damage which required a full roof repair. Goliath Roofing had replaced five roofs in my neighborhood, and looked the best in comparison to the other companies which did similar replacements.My sales person Scott Anderson was incredible. He always did what he said he would, exactly when he said he would. He contacted the insurance company with me, attended their independent inspection (which matched with the Goliath report) and provided all documentation to the insurance company from the start of the project to its completion.I had shingles replaced, metal work replaced and full gutter and down spout replacement. Three different crews. My project manager, Matthew Lambert, ensured each installation was perfect. He was on site and sent me photos throughout. We walked the property and he was committed to a perfect final result.Both Scott and Matthew were fully engaged throughout.The products used on my roof repair have a 50 year warranty and a special system to prevent leaks. After the replacement, we’ve had several serious storms and the roof is perfect. No water intrusion of any kind.I especially appreciated that they let their work speak for itself and are not a “hard-sell” outfit. Their work was a 5/5 as are the products and their crews.They completed the project on time and fully in budget. Highly recommend and would use them again.
