Randy and the team that came to install our new front door were super professional. Ordering the door was a breeze and it came in less time than anticipated. They had to remove our original door from the 70s and with some repairs, made the new door fit like a glove! We used WW for all our windows and glass slider when we purchased our home. We’ve been quite happy with all their products and will have them back in the spring for gutters!

My installer Andrew was wonderful. Karen the scheduler in the office was fabulous. My new sliding door is great! Be prepared for a good long wait between paying and installation (3-4 months) and the guy who answers the main number is sort of surly, but I would recommend company for their product and workmanship.

I have recently had work done by Window World of Port City at my home in Ocean Isle Beach, NC. They installed five new windows for us and they did a fantastic job ! When I reached out to have them give me a quote on installing the windows, they scheduled the appointment very quickly and made it extremely easy for me. Their sales rep came to the house (as scheduled and called in advance to let us know that he was on his way) and explained their process, went over the quality of their windows and gave us a firm quote, which we accepted. When the windows were ready, they set up the appointment and their installers did a fantastic job and left the area very clean. I was so happy with the company’s work and responsiveness, that I am having them install a new roof for us. I highly recommend using Window World for your upcoming projects.

I ordered whole house of windows and 3 different sliding doors in 2021 and it took the full 8 months I was quoted for them to arrive. Installation was quick and easy. This summer a weed whacker + pebble shattered one of the sliding door panels. Window world was great in helping me get a replacement and only took 3 weeks for it to arrive versus the 8 weeks they estimated. I love the quality of their products and am so glad I chose them to work with.

I couldn't be happier! I bought my home because it is waterfront and I have a beautiful view of the river, however my old doors were from the 80s and completely destroyed so I could not see out them. Window World did a great job, for a fair price, and sent good employees to my house to do it. No subcontractors these men worked for window world. That's refreshing.

We replaced 28 windows at the beach. Met with Ed McGill went over our requirements and got a price and delivery while he was here. Windows can in on time and they stored them until we were able to get back to the beach for the estimated installation time. Gary and Luke arrived at 8:45 Monday morning and completed the installation at noon on Tuesday. They even helped me remove the cornices. Waited 25 weeks for window installation- supply chain issues. Then they came to install and it was the wrong size! They didn't notice until they had already removed the old window so when they put the old one back in it wasn't correctly reinstalled-super drafty. We had to put up insulation over it until the next window arrived since this was in our twin babies nursery. No one really cared to fix the issue. We were just another stop on their list and it was obvious in the work completed. Waited another few weeks to have them come back and install a new window that didn't close all the way (WRONG AGAIN) but they did not tell us that. I noticed it and called them back. Instead of sending someone out to see the issue they had us describe the issue and asked us to measure certain areas so they could order the correct piece. Very disappointing customer service and all around just a bad experience. 0/5 starsService: Window installation
