We highly recommend Cantey to anyone who needs foundation work done. They have a great system that is proven to work. If it wasn’t for Evan, Estevan and Jose’s team we wouldn’t have gotten through this whole process. They both were amazing at their jobs and with keeping us informed. They did above and beyond. They both are very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had, we had a lot. They are extremely hard workers and we appreciate everything they do. They did an amazing job, their credit system is awesome and we couldn’t have asked for better. We’re so thankful we had Evan, Estevan and Jose’s team through every step of the way! Max was very knowledgeable, explained things in a way we could understand, extremely personable and respectful, helped us find a real solution to our water problems.The crew was amazing!! Led by Jose Ramirez, those guys did incredible work digging 60 ft trenches mostly by hand! They came early and worked late! Jose was terrific to work with. He exampled each step what they were going to do and most importantly looked at our unique situation and helped us tweak the original plan to get the best results. Great experience with this company!Saw their billboard and gave them a call, we had some cracks at the corners of the interior doors and some doors wouldn't latch closed - All doors are now working and our 34 year old floors feel solid and they don't creak anymore.Aubrey was honest and knowledgeable concerning our issues. Wilmer and his team worked hard and cleaned up so good you couldn't tell they were even there.We would definitely recommend Cantey.Thank you Cantey!

We worked with Garrett Scrivani to address water drainage issues we were having. Cantey installed a Trench Drain and a French Drain. It's been several weeks and multiple heavy rains since Cantey completed the work, and I'm happy to say that our flooding and drainage problems have disappeared. Everything works exactly as it should, and we definitely recommend Cantey. I can't say that the install went perfectly, but every issue we had was handled swiftly and corrected with a minimum of fuss. Thank you to Garrett, the work crew, and the resolution/clean-up crew, everyone worked hard and it is greatly appreciated.

Just bought a 100 year old farm house with some foundation issues( supports needed replacing and leveling, etc) had Cantey come out the guy went under the house and said he’d have to discuss the foundation with someone else and rescheduled a week later. After they went under the house they basically said there was nothing they could do, and it would cost 200k to redo the foundation and bring it up to code and they didn’t know much about fixing older houses with this type of age and I needed to look for someone who specializes in older houses. I explained again this is a 100 year old house and just wanted the supports and leveling made safe. He said they couldn’t and that the floor joists needed to be removed and updated, even though there was nothing wrong with the joists (they are solid tree trunks for the mains, which is how they did it back then). They guy said there was nothing they could do, so no Cantey can’t fix it like they state!

Called Cantey Foundation specialists due to long neglected gradual cracks appearing on walls, front door brick entrance steps having dropped 4/5 inches, and railing of indoor stairs leading to second floor having pulled away from wall by an inch or so.Discovered home was built with proper placing of piers needed to support main truss spanning home. Also, home’s foundation wasn’t properly supported. Cantey had to extend purrs 80ft to reach bedrock. Once secured, the indoor staircase was raised and properly seated against the wall; the exterior front steps were raised back to original height; when the dogs walk across the front room floor, there’s no longer the slight bouncing affect that had been very noticeable.They encased the entire truss with a metal beam, then added the needed piers. All work was done in two days. I also had a long concrete crack in the garage extending from front to back…as much as an inch or two. Cantey filled the crack with whatever compound they use and smoothed it out in about 30 minutes. (About 20ft long) No more worrying about moisture getting in causing further problems. Great job by professional team. Most impressed by their marketing “book!” Everything you wanted to know about foundation work is detailed both in print and pictures in a “glossy textbook.” They spared no expense in making this book. Crew and crew leader entirely professional. They were not just willing to explain what and why they were doing but eager to do so. They seemed proud of their work and the company they worked for. Day one - they explained the 3-day job and what to expect each day. At the end of each day, they went over what had been done and when they would be back. The care they took to keep everything neat and clean from start to finish was remarkable. This same pride and professionalism was demonstrated by the person who did the original assessment for the job - even though he left the company for personal reasons before the job began.
