I have always been very highly satisfied with their work. Their work is professional and is of very high quality. They arrive on-time (usually early). They do not waste time. They perform all work as agreed. and within the specified budget. Theywill always advise you if additional materials or work is needed. They get the job done right the first time. They are my "GO TO" source for repairs on my property. They most recently removed 2 attic ventilator fans, patched the holes and re-shingled the repaired area. I have the pleasure to work with Emily. Our HOA using this company for some contract work. This is by far the best customer service that I got from any type of contractors company. Emily text me and keep me up to date about everything. Also she has a care attitude, which is hard to find nowadays. The guys that came out to fix our roof issue, they were professional and friendly. They identified the issue and fixed it fast. After everything is done, Emily followed up to make sure everything is good. We had a roof leak and needed a new roof immediately. Casey Boucher was extremely responsive and communicated every step in the process to us. The estimate was done quickly, the cost was reasonable and the work began on time. The roof was put on during the scheduled time and completed. My sliding patio screen is fixed! Long story short, had to buy a stock model screen from one of the large home improvement stores. It didn't quite fit the door. Capital Exteriors made minor modifications on the stock model door and I now have my screen patio door back. I would recommend them.

They did an awesome job on my new roof! Josh was great to work with. He took care of my insurance to make sure everything was good. He also ensured the work was done right and communicated well with me on the timing of everything.He had a wonderful crew that did a great job and cleaned up after their work. I will definitely use them again if anything comes up with my house. Highly recommended and you will not be disappointed!!

I live in Fairway Townes in Fort Mill and these folks are replacing all of the 179 town home roofs. They have completed over 1/3 of the roofs as of today and the quality and workmanship has been outstanding. The teams are supervised by Jake and he ensures that each job is completed to the satisfaction of the homeowners. The cleanup is consistently exceptional. Very pleased with the info / roof replacement provided by Capital Exteriors. My home had an original construction shingle, 10 years old. I experienced excessive leaks due to original construction. Not only is my roof stunning I haven’t had one leak, the attic is COOLER, exhaust boots replaced with a more composite material and my overall feedback is all positive. Their ‘crew’ began at 6:30 a.m. and completed at 6:00pm with no mess for me! Kyle and Jake both answered all my questions knowledgeably and was on site and available all day. Many thanks gentlemen! A fine job!

A large crew was on site, and Jake the supervisor .was onsite to address any concern related to the project throughout the day. He also followed after the completion of work to see how the roofs were.
