Chelsea Design | Build was an excellent partner to work with on building a new home. While this home was already started when we expressed interest, they were very accommodating with requests we had for upgrades and finishes. The home turned out amazing and they kept us updated weekly with communications/photos through their project management app. This allowed us to stay up-to-date without having to constantly ask for walk-throughs to see progress. The home turned out great and we couldn’t be happier. As with all new builds, there were items outstanding after we moved in, but they were nothing major and they have been great about seeing them to completion.I would highly recommend Chelsea Design | Build if you’re considering building a home in the Charlotte area. They are family owned, and that showed through the compassion and generosity they displayed to our family after multiple major life events that took place during our home building process. Anthony and Tyler are great people who want to provide you the best experience possible.

We bought our home with Chelsea back in 2020 and absolutely love the quality, design, and the team at Chelsea Building Group. They were wonderful to work with. The finish work and quality are absolutely top notch! The choices for the design are incredible and we love the style. Our home is amazing and I’d highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a custom home or one of their finished homes as well. They even helped us with something that broke well after warranty, as a courtesy, which shows the type of company that they are. 10/10!

I purchased an amazing new Chelsea built home back in 2020, the whole team was extremely professional, helpful, and responsive. The house was immaculate and in a great location, I couldn’t have asked for anything of better quality- every detail was carefully thought through and literally nothing was overlooked. The design was everything I was looking for an more- and I am quite picky about what I like. One key member of the team that really went above and beyond was Lexi- she is awesome to work with through every step of the process and even after moving in!
