Mason from Dry Pro was fantastic. He did my yearly inspection and was extremely thorough during all phases of his trip. Initially he asked me if there were any issues to report and then inspected the crawlspace and showed me the pictures of all his visual and equipment tests. Mason was polite and on time. Oscar P., Daniel S., and Antonio A. all did a fabulous job with installing a drainage trench w/ grate in my driveway. They cut out a section in my concrete driveway and installed a drainage trench w/ grate and 4" drainage line that ran 76' going from that drainage trench, running in front of my house to the right side on my house and had a small grate for the water to exit at the rear of my home. They were on time, worked fast, and handle every part of the job professionally! I asked if they would be willing to use a grass seed mat that I bought from Walmart which has the seed and fertilizer in it and they were more than happy to do so. This was part 1 of 2 repairs that I'm using Drypro to fix my foundation. It makes me glad I hired Drypro to do the repairs to my foundation which has many cracks in the slab. The water had always pooled in the driveway and now I'm anxious for the next storm. Pictures are before and after the installation. Thank you Drypro!

Had my old crawlspace insulation removed and replaced (about 2500 sq ft). The team was on time, polite and very efficient. Huge thanks to Oscar P, Daniel S and Paulino L. They walked me through the process and got right to it. When they finished up they even told me about an HVAC issue they saw while in the crawl. We're looking forward to a more efficient insulation system!

I have used Dry Pro several times and have always been pleased. I recently called them out because of water accumulation in my crawl space. The salesman came out within 48 hours of my call and the work was scheduled shortly theraafter. When Michael S. and Andrew G. arrived to do the work, they determined that the proposed plan would not rectify the problem. They were VERY thorough, honest and competent. Given their recommendations, the project was put on hold. Subsequently, I spoke with Dewey (a supervisor) and he agreed with Michael S. and Andrew G. The work was completed this past Friday. I requested to have Michael S. and Andrew G. perform the work as I had 100% faith and trust in them given the prior interaction. I was not disappointed. They are amazing craftsman, very professional and the work was perfect. It is what I had come to expect with Dry Pro. They definitely rebuilt my faith in the company. This week Cody and Andrew completed concrete lifting and repair in my basement in Salisbury. These guys were too young looking to be doing this type work, yet their expertise had the results of good years of experience. Both were friendly and outgoing. Starting with the free estimate through completion of the project, everyone was professional, courteous and informative. Tyler performed the estimate and provide great information about the process. He followed up several times and even came by during the installion process. He also spent time just having a friendly conversation. He is definitely a people person.They were able to schedule the job quickly and finish before the next round of rain. Various departments called and came by to ensure all questions were answered and all information was made available. Juan and Ethan were professional and didnt waste any time. It only took a day and a half to waterproof my basement. They were great with my dogs as well! I give them a 10! Dry Pro is a well run organization.

We had pipe bursts in late december due to weather in Charlotte. We contacted DryPro and their team was extremely helpful and effective in repairing our crawl space issues. this included extensive cleanup, drying out and then new encapsulation. They worked well with another contractor, Morris Jenkins, which was effective as well in pipe repair. DryPRo then came out and helped place new encapsulation> The entire project was very complicated but they were open and communicative and went the extra mile in ensuring our satisfaction. We wanted to particularly compliment the team: Michael S, Andrew and Kendall for their thorough, long and hard professional work. And Kassidy, an excellent and friendly scheduler. And last but not least, our original contact, Tyler North, who came to visit several times and always followed up to ensure we were educated and working with Kassidy, were knowledgeable about the schedule and steps and pleased with the work. As an example of Mr. North's committment, he was in the area and voluntarily came in before the work was done to help me remove some heavy items from the crawl space. and Kassidy was excellent at all times helping us with the scheduling. Contact was made in less than 2 hours from my initial email. Within the same day, the engineer called and we were able to set up a date for the foreman to come out. Saviores Ethan Alfonzo communicated effectively and efficiently. He was able to move our time up a whole day. Once at our house, he was very knowledgeable about the adjustments that needed to be made and was able to explain each concern.

When I called DryPro.I had a slaging floor,a closet foot that I could not close. Various cracks over other doors, doors,I could not lock. A huge Crack in my living room.Second big problem included,mold, moisture in my crawl space.The structural exam included, Justin T.,William N.,Travis M., and Terrell W.At the end of their adjustments, I could close all my doors as well as lock the other doors. The big Crack in my living room was barely visible.Great clean up too.My waterproofing staff included, Illian K,, Watts B.and Robery B.This staff removed mold and water - proofing of crawl space. We hired them 3 years ago. We paid about 9,000 for our crawlspace encapsulation they said we had some mold spurs that were minor and could treat it make it "dormant" we have the annual inspection and they always say it looks good my daughter has ongoing health issues for a few years and not being able to pinpoint it finally our holistic pediatrician suggested to have a company come to check for mold when going into the crawl space mold spurs absolutely everywhere and the "dormant treatment was just a scam" and now here we are needing to pay thousands to actually have it fixed
