Start to finish, my new shower door install for my bath renovation was perfect. Not only is the door beautiful, but it is well made. Glass Dr. met the promised delivery time and the installation was seamless. RYAN HELMS installed the shower door and he was friendly and very helpful when I had questions about placement. He was very careful about keeping the space clean and damage free. He did an expert job and I would ask for him again when I start the next bathroom. Alvin came and did the measurements he was so quick and efficient, as well as friendly. Yon was in and out the next day and super friendly as well!! The window install came out perfect. We are very pleased... 10/10 recommend them both, as well as glass doctor!

Chad did an amazing job on my windshield!! He came 2 hours earlier than expected which is always great, very polite and friendly. He was quick yet efficient with his work which I applaud him for. My windshield is as good as new and the price was very reasonable compared to a lot of places I’ve talked to. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely give them a call if needed in the future!

Just got our second glass table top delivered from Glass Doctor of Charlotte. First one was 8 years ago and the experience was just as good this time around. Derrick did a great job cutting the glass to our specifications and Ryan Shields did a wonderful job on the delivery and install. Ryan was on time, polite, and helpful. He even helped me re-position the 8 year old glass on it's existing table top. I would highly recommend Glass Doctor of Charlotte and will be sure to use them again.

Sidney the installer was most personable and professional. The whole crew from Chris who came to measure and Ryan and Ryan who came to assist Sidney were all equally professional. The windows that were replaced were very high and challenging to get to. They knew what they were doing and got the job done very quickly and always called ahead to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. Highly recommend.

Chad with Glass Doctor was able to come out the same day I called! It was great that he was able to come to my home & replacement my windshield. Took about 45 mins & he was professional & explained the 1 year guarantee on the glass as well as the lifetime guarantee of his work. I would definitely recommend Glass doctor to any friends or family. Chad my technician that came and changed. My glass was very friendly. He was very helpful explaining things clearly of what was done and what needed to be done. He even vacuumed and clean my car out so if you’re looking to book an appointment to get a windshield replaced, I highly recommend that you request to Chad Murray This place is really great with customer service fast prompt and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The front office team, Carol and Allie, was courteous, knowledgable and helpful. They were able to schedule the estimator, Chris, the following day. Per my request, he called thirty minutes prior to arrival time and was very efficient and pleasant. The team worked together to squeeze my two living room window replacements in on the very same day. I was thrilled. Justin and Brian did a wonderful job on installation itself. They were respectful of my home and surroundings, worked cleanly and left me with sparkling new window replacements. I can't say enough good things about this place. Staff is super friendly, from the lady that took my call (she was so patient, kind, clear and nice to me) to the gentleman that took care of my glass replacement. I'm very bad with names but also the person at the front desk was very professional, smiley and friendly 😃They finished in less than 30 minutes and did an AMAZING job.Very PROFESSIONAL, very kind, very efficient and one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.Thank you for taking such good care of your customers!!

My rear window on my brand new 2024 Kia Seltos was shattered after an airborne rock ejected from the opposite side of the mower deck.Mind you this is the first new car I have owned. I was distraught. I spent 3 days on the phone with my insurance company. They informed me the only availability was two weeks away.I began calling multiple companies in hope of expediting the process.
