I am a new customer and from start to finish, this is a first rate company. They have done a lot of work in my neighborhood. The Rep provided education during the on-site inspection-quote-scheduling. I had the roof tune up which included the gutter cleaning as well. The technician that came reviewed the work with me (which looked really great) and gave me his observations about my roof and its longevity. I am super impressed with this company! They are top notch!

Would have given more stars if Google allowed me to. Excellent team to work with. Lots of companies install roofs but it is the journey that I am impressed with. Starting with Ryan Freda, John and ending with Sal and his field team. Ryan took the reins over from day one working with my insurance through all the dodging they did finally getting me fully approved after a 2 month battle. Hats off Ryan. John was extremely patient with my multiple reschedules due to insurance company delays. On the day of install Sal did a fine job of keeping me appraised of the status, posting pictures of what was going and waited for me return from work to show and explain everything that was done. Sal went above an beyond to fix a couple of glitches on the roof left over by builders. Overall a brilliant team that I would hire any day. THANK YOU Northline team.

I’m so glad that I have gone with NorthLine Roofing and Gutter company to do my roof and my gutters. Each time with both, the supervisors were out as the jobs were being done and they came back out to check after the work was complete. They listened to my concerns and what I wanted. Northline had done a good job on my roof. Ryan was very customer service oriented not only willing to go up to the roof check out if any damages but went further with satellite roof measurements in order to be more precisely, which won't over-estimate to the customer. Besides, Ryan was very professional took time to explain what materials and process will be applied, etc. Finally, Ryan was willing to work with my limited budget and got it closer to win/win situation.Moreover, Jon was very on top of every step during the installation and follow up process. Northline also has a very long warranty compare to its competitors.

the necessary task of removing two layers of shingles and replacing with new, including all vent pipes, boots and various places where wood panels began to rot, left me a little anxious about choosing a contractor. I spoke with four different estimates and northline roofing had the most reasonable package for me. as I watched the entire process I was amazed at their organization and attention to detail. upon completion I realized what a huge value I had obtained from the service they extended along the way. and all this at a price that gave me relief. much thanks to Ryan, Sal, and the amazing work crew.
