Roof damage? Nucastle is your absolute best option!If you’re like me, then you dread having anything to do with an insurance claim. So my husband and I were feeling less than enthusiastic when we noticed some shingles from our roof were missing. I contacted a few companies for quotes, but when I called Nucastle Roofing Claims Service and spoke with Paul, I knew my search was over! We were impressed with his knowledge of the process and he assured us they would handle the lion’s share of the work. He and his team led us through the entire process, took out all of the guesswork and made it easier than we could have ever imagined. Any time I sent a text with a question, the response was sent within minutes, Nucastle was so accommodating to our busy life that it felt like their schedule completely revolved around our convenience. At one point, Paul and I needed to contact the mortgage company. To make this process more convenient for me, he placed the call, waited on hold until a representative answered, THEN called me and conferenced me in!!! Who does that?!?! Apparently, Nucastle does. In the end, my husband and I have a roof with beautiful new shingles complete with a LIFETIME warranty. And we couldn’t be any happier!

These guys are magicians. 12 guys showed up and knocked out our 2900 sq ft home today. 1 day build. Roof looked great and the crew was professional. Clean up was phenomenal then they vanished into the night. Quick and painless. Thanks for the service.

I can't begin to express how pleased I am with my new roof! Nucastle Roofing is a top notch business and specifically speaking Brandon was an absolute joy to work with. He was professional, very knowledgeable and provided me with a first class customer service experience from beginning to end. His crew was on time, polite and did a fantastic job both replacing my roof and in cleaning up. I always thought the roofing business was shady however I can't tell you how comfortable I was making this investment in my home. Why can't everything be this easy? Picking a company to replace gutters isn’t always easy but Nucastle made the experience easy and stress free. Kenny provided great communication from start to finish and always checked in to make sure we were satisfied during the process. José and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our gutters, installing gutter guards, and replaced damaged siding in a quick and efficient manner. Wouldn’t hesitate to choose this company again.

NuCastle Roofing is a great local company. We had a tree fall on our house and they were ultimatly the company we chose to get our roof redone. The crew was ontime and efficient. Any issues that arose they were fixed promptly and to our satisfaction. Kenny was a great job supervisor. He ensured we were happy and that the job was cleaned up better than it was when they started. I have dogs and was worried about them stepping on a missed nail. Kenny came out and rolled the yard quadrouple times to make sure our dogs were safe and I had peace of mind. I highly reccommend this company.

After replacing my hurricane destroyed roof, we noticed that water was leaking into our bedroom. I informed Brandon Whaley of Nucastle Roofing and he immediately came over with his technician and they tried to seal the leaking problem. It didn't work the first time but eventually Brandon took it upon himself to locate the source of the leak and repaired it. The entire bedroom ceiling was painted. Super-fast (literally, the next sunny day & done in 1 day), much cleaner than I expected (roof tear off is very messy), extremely accessible & responsive, willing to be flexible and make adjustments - truly live by "the customer is always right." From start to finish the Project Manager Kenny was excellent. Kept me up to date with everything. Very professional crew and the clean up was excellent. Everything was done as expected and as promised. I would highly recommend this company!!
