I had a shower install done for an elderly relative. As a result, I decided to go with a big company that I knew would provide impeccable service, and a quality install (it’s tough these days to know what local business you can trust, and rely on). The shower installed was gorgeous, and great quality materials were used! Our installer, John Mattingly, replaced the existing tub, with a large walk in shower with handrails and a seat for my elderly relative. I loved working with John in the home - he was friendly, very knowledgeable, and did an amazing job! I can’t thank him and Re-Bath enough! I believe John has since parted with Re-Bath after many years of service, and has started his own business! I will definitely be looking him up for future projects, as he is very knowledgeable, personable and trustworthy. I don’t know if it’s proper to promote him here, but he was really wonderful to work with and I wish him all the best in the future (I think: Stone Point LLC, in Charlotte, NC area). But our whole experience with Re-Bath was amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tub/shower install. The total experience couldn’t have been beat.

Marc did amazing! Stayed clean and had it so well organized each day. Clean and perfect lines. Kept us well updated and on the group chat always updated. Professional and on time as well as super friendly! Kids loved him. Rebath stayed with great communication and timely. Andrew Eldred did a great installation job on our 2 bathrooms. He is very skilled and attentive. He made us a part of the process and made sure things were where we wanted them. Everyone who assisted him was extremely pleasant, respectful and efficient as well. We love our bathrooms!

Did good on the bathroom remodel. Had a miscommunication on getting glass doors, wanted the doors but never heard anything from rebath. I called a week later, was told they never got that order but could send it ASAP, I declined. Also issues with payment. Gave half up front and gave a check for the remaining balance to the designer but still getting calls from Lowe’s saying they never got a check and I still owe so trying to figure that out. But hey, that’s from my lense, I could be an anomaly and a simple mistake. Just my experience.

He is very professional, has kept the areas clean, explained clearly all details of his work, asked for my input/ opinion where there are placement options, has arrived here promptly each day and has managed through some work delays not of his making. This was an excellent experience, start to completion. Each step of the way we were kept informed, and invited to examine the progress being made. The work was carefully done and detail-oriented. Marc did outstanding work during all phases of the renovation. Tyler and Daniel stepped in and were both attentive and professional. Our entryway and hallway was kept neat and clean throughout. Definitely five-star work.

Re Bath exceeded our highest expectations! Tim helped us design the bathroom of our dreams. Andrew, our installer, was a true craftsman in all aspects of the job. His attention to detail was remarkable, as was his friendly personality. By the end of our project, he felt like one of our family. At the completion of the project, Re Bath left our house probably cleaner than when they arrived! They have set the standard for any further home renovations we do.

Wonderful experience. Tom took great care of us all the way through. We have 2 dogs, 1 of whom is super friendly but barks like crazy. Tom brought snacks and was an instant hit!He kept us in the loop every step of the way. Our vanity top had to be recut pushing the work back some but he got it finished on time. There were a few items that had to be finished ( drawer alignment, drawer pulls needing new screws, and some grout issues) and Marc finished up several days later doing an awesome job. Same dog loved him too!I was stressed about having to contain the dogs through the process but there was no need since both Tom and Marc loved on them both.Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Everyone that worked on the project did an excellent job. Lindsey helped us with the design and found us exactly what we were looking for. The guys came in and got right to work. Tyler came in and got everything started. Dean came in and helped us turn a closet into a dressing area. Then Marc came in and finished all the detail work. When it came to placing fixtures Marc had some great suggestions and was spot on. Everyone was polite, courteous and on time. The transformation from before to after was truly incredible. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire project. Thanks to everyone involved.

I considered the upgrading of the shower stall in this small bathroom to be extremely overpriced, considering that I supplied the sink and toilet and had to do all the painting after installation. The end product seems nice and the workmanship was fine but time will tell how well it holds up to daily use.

We had to replace our cracked fiberglass tub that was original to the house. We went with ReBath for a walk-in shower conversion. Sean Martin did a great job with demo and new installation. He was punctual and friendly. The shower turned out beautifully. I would use ReBath again for future projects.

We shopped around to have a bathroom update. We truly felt that Re Bath offered us the best option for the money. Oh my goodness, where do I begin?? We met with Tim Stunkel. On January 27th. He gave us such personalized service while helping us to decide on the details for our two full size bathrooms. We were kept updated with start date, material selections and more. No detail was left out. Marc Beliveau. started on March 11th, working everyday M-F, notifying us each morning what time he would be arriving. Everyday ended with clean-up, updates and pictures. Marc was respectful and kind to everyone he came in contact with including our fur babies. Tim stopped by a few times to make sure the job was going well and see the work being done. Marc completed both bathrooms in our Queen Anne Victorian home on April 4th to our complete satisfaction. My husband and I could not be more grateful and amazed at the job that was done in such a short time! Exceptional quality and professionalism! Thank you Marc and Tim!!
